Loading a second time shall now apply the battery capacity increase

Type VII speed reduced to match expected top speed.
Type VII speed orders now based on real life data.
Electric drive currents now based real life data.
Old battery model capacity temporarily increased before new battery is added, to support the new drive current figures.
