- Cyberliver: replaced poison/debuff resistance with specific poison/debuff recovery rates. This fixes it being hard to get drunk, but means you'll instead recover from being drunk faster. Poisons should now still apply with 1 dose but worsen slower, which plays nicer with weak NT Pharmacy cures. Chloral Hydrate and Propofol are now supported (out of your system faster). Misc technical debuffs will no longer be generically affected.
- Cyberbrain: now speeds up natural recovery of Coma, Addictions, and Withdrawal (instead of the Liver)
- Cyberliver/heart: their benefit rate is now inversely tied to liverdamage/heartdamage

- Multi-Tool now medically works as a Wrench (Dislocations) and Screwdriver (fixing Cyberlimb Loose Screws)
- Cyberheart: changed how it affects Blood Pressure; before it just sped up how quickly BP changed (good or bad), now it will only speed up the rate BP approaches Blood Amount when its beneficial to do so. This should generally speedup recovery (after applying blood bags) and slowdown non-bloodloss-related BP problems.
- Cyberbrain: now improves Neurotrauma recovery rate, if Neurotrauma is naturally decaying or Mannitol is applied, in addition to its existing mild resistance.

- Compatability: Patched several modded welding tools an extra way to avoid dealing damage to limbs on repair; allow more of them to be used on corpses
- Compatability: Supports repairs for Baroverhaul's Dementonite Welding Tool

- Removing cyberware from corpses now works reliably
- Adjusted where cyberware sells/spawns: more advanced ware won't be sold in the first biome, but cyberware can now be sometimes found in medbay wrecks
- Immersive Handcuffs can now be removed from corpses (nothing to do with NT except that I figured out how!)
