Bug Fixes:
- Character Interactions (grant leadership etc) should work now
- Asceticism trait for Buddhist IG was fixed
Balance:
- Removed German Baby Boom Modifier
- Monitor's were removed as a tech and ship type, destroyers were moved to era 3
- Grants no longer give obligation
- Food Standardization bloc mandate no longer gives +1 SoL, instead 40% Dependent Income
- Barracks give half the urbanization they used to
- Can no longer sway to become subject
- Expensive Tastes had it's chance reduced
- ILVA Company now requires Open Hearth instead of Arc Welding
- FIAT now requires Steel Railway Cars instead of Combustion Engine
- Colossus no longer requires no colonial affairs
- Chainsaw's now require less oil
- USA had The Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, Mississippi River and Ohio River state traits changed (buffed :tf:)
- Livestock had it's first PM nerfed but subsequent ones buffed
- Homelands no longer give acceptance
- Turkish now has European Heritage
- Countries that started with Ethnostate now have National Supremacy
- British colonies now have language discrimination
- State Religion gives 30 instead of 25, malus is 10 instead of 20
- Reworked all racial laws
- Civil Rights is era 2
- Tech costs for era 2/3 was increased by a thousand (era 2 9000 > 10000 per tech) (era 3 12500 > 13500 per tech)
- Economy of Scale for Nationalised buildings is less harsh
- Can now add wargoals mid war (cannot be done if anybody is under -50 war support)
- Prolong war's effects were nerfed
- Can now prolong war with Logistics tech but is worse than the one that unlocks with War Propaganda tech
- Can now join ongoing wars as a Major or Great Power, to do so the War Leader has >100k dead (not dead + casualties, just dead) or Enemy must have above 50 infamy; War Leader must agree.
- Minimum required Acceptance for migration is now 40 from 30 and POPs will want to increase their acceptance by 20
Flavour:
- Algeria Department was changed and is now completable
- Prussia/Germany now have flavour relating to Albrecht Von Roon's reforms
- African American Homelands were added to Maryland, Virginia, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina
- Ottomans Federation now has new flag
- Germany has a new flag replacing the Iron Cross one (New Flag is not Nazi)
- Japan, Egypt, Ottomans has a new colour
QOL:
- Can no longer sway into plays unless war leader is AI

Bug Fixes:
- Leader Ideologies were updated to include HMPS laws again. (I did this one)
- Prestige Icon in topbar was readded.
- Emergency Relief Decree no longer requires 20% of a state to be starving to put down.
- Dual Monarchy JE was fixed.
- Fixed bug where autocompleting the Meiji restoration JEs wouldn't advance the overall JE preventing completion.
Balance:
- Promote National Values had it's values halved from 1 to 0.5.
- Tax Decree now gives 0.33 expected SoL instead of Radicalism from political movements.
- Trade was Increased.
- Elastics were buffed.
- Factory Retooling now takes 12 weeks up from 6.
- Battles now give 2 devastation per battle up from 0.1.
- Volunteer army now give 10% migration attraction.
- Limited conscription no longer gives -10% migration attraction.
- Mandatory Service now gives -10% migration.
- Terakoya System will now complete at level 1 schooling instead of level 3.
- Terakoya System was nerfed, now giving 0.05 Peasant Education instead of 0.20.
- Pop Growth was changed again. (:tf:)
- Mechanized Slaughtering PM now requires electricity.
- Synth Rubber was buffed Slightly.
- Mercantilism now has higher import tariffs.
- Unis now give small amounts of Migration Attraction.
- Interventionism now gives 25% more Government Dividends Efficiency.
- Diseconomies of Scale was reduced by a bit.
- Economy of Scale modifier for public buildings was increased from 0.5 > 0.75. (not entirely sure what this actually means/does)
- Migration Controls was nerfed, having it's tech spread malice increased from -0.10 > -0.15. It now also gives Trade Route Competitiveness -0.25.
- Closed Borders was nerfed, having it's tech spread malice increased from -0.20 > -0.30. It now also gives Trade Route Competitiveness -0.50.
- Canals had their costs halved.
- Civil Rights was moved to era 4 society tech.
Flavour:
- United Baltic Duchies will get the Baltic cultures if it is independent (it can form PLC too. :wink:
- Natural Harbour state trait was added to Oregon.
- Meiji Restoration progression will now increase depending on Legitimacy. Base of 1 per month at 50 legitimacy as normal, increasing by 0.5 for having 75+ and another 0.5 for having 90+.
- Landowners in Japan are now called Shogunate until the fall of the Shogun.
- Springtime was adjusted slightly, now being 3 years instead of 5; and if the counter revolutionaries win, it no longer gives 25 legitimacy, instead it increased the political strength of the Armed Forces, Church and Landowners by 50%.
- Completing the Dual Monarchy JE will Hungary still exists will allow you to annex Hungary for no cost.
- Potato Blight was changed to be randomly occurring between 1840.1.1- 1850.1.1, it can still be avoided if lucky.
