- Intervention now gives 50% Government Dividends Efficiency down from 65%
- Agrarianism now gives 40% Government Dividends Efficiency down from 50%
- Racial Segregation is now behind Political Agitation
- Cultural Exclusion is now behind Multiculturalism
- Synth Rubber now gives 65 rubber per level up from 60 (Insane)
- Moderate and High Income taxes now have tech requirements
- Minor pop demand changes
