-Added new module "Operate Reactor Tweaks"
*Bots can now add anywhere between 1 and 4 fuel rods, set in the config menu
*Bots can be set to detect autoreactors and stop adjusting the reactor themselves, only refueling/repairing
-Added new Order "Perform", that makes bots find and play instruments until you take them off the order (mostly just for vibing)
-Updated order sprite for "Avoid Wandering in Room" to no longer just be a recolored "Ignore Items" order
-A bunch of behind-the-scenes processing changes that will hopefully not break anything and should make my life easier for changes in the future

-Added integration of the Assistant "Jenga Master" talent to the "Use Talents" module.
*Bots with the above talent will now go around the sub (when idling) and open any containers that still need the Max Stack Size buff. This stops once all containers receive the buff, and is permantent
