- Added a new tether config: 'Tether Pull Strength'. This value can be used to fine-tune how powerful the pull is from a tether when going out of its pull range.
Higher values will yank the player harder. Lower values won't pull players as much.

** Changes **
- Tether pull speed limit now no longer slows you down if you're moving towards the tether.

** Fixes **
- Fixed some oversights in the pulling behaviour of tethers, most notably relating to the 'max pull speed' not being respected, like, at all.

Tethers might feel a little different but should retain their bounciness and no longer yeet you at extreme speeds if you get really far away from them and have the max range set high too.

- Added a new item, the Observation Crystal. Craft it at a workbench with 5 Sapphires and 3 Fallen Stars.
This item functions similar to the Summoning Flute, in that a player can attune themselves to it.
Once attuned, another player can equip the item in an accessory/vanity slot to have their camera view the attuned player instead of themselves!
I can't guarantee that this plays nicely with other mods who also adjust the camera's position. Much like the FPV goggles, biome backgrounds won't update, sorry!

- Updated description and special thanks to include Avaday Daydream for the Observation Crystal's idea (I 'was' going to call it the Scrying Glass/Lens, but I believe other mods have similar items, eg. Thorium so I went with something else~)

** Fixes **
- Fixed some variables that weren't getting reset for non-dragon codebase races.

** Code/Internal **
- Tweaked some Summoning Flute functions to be static so the new Observation Crystal can re-use them.
- Fixed a deprecated function in DragonPlayer so it properly uses NetworkText as asked.

Version 4.6.6 - The Stone Shield Trinket is a completely useless item right now outside of an oversight. Let's try and fix that.

Stone Shield Trinket changes:
- Petrify duration increased to 3s from 2s (longer time to trigger the effect by being hit again)
- Damage taken when not petrified reduced to 140% from 175%.
- Added a timeout for the 'must be midair' condition. If you manage to stall midair for longer than the petrification time, and are somehow still petrified, the shield's effects will trigger anyway the next time you get hit.
