Update: 8 Nov, 2024 @ 11:34pm

Changes: Initial Release v1.0.0
Fertility:
  • Characters that are born or generated have a chance to have 0% fertility
  • Pregnancy complications happen more often
  • Mothers are more likely to have complications with their first birth
  • Base fertility is boosted from 50% to 60%
Diseases:
  • Outbreaks happen less, but are more impactful
  • All diseases increase construction time and reduce holding taxes
  • Bubonic plague is more devastating to the world economy
  • A "Coughing Fit" modifier has been added to increase infection rates for certain diseases
  • Hill farms & Farm estates increase the likelihood of outbreaks occurring.
  • Children will get sickly more often
Traits:
  • Added 3 traits: Typhoid, Malaria, Dry/Bound(100% infertility)
  • All disease/harmful traits that reduce health are deadlier i.e. Sickly will kill.
Events:
  • Chance of dying of a heart attack depending on age & health.
  • Children under the age of 4 have a chance of dying from SIDS
  • There's a chance you'll die falling down stairs.
Events are a very minor part of this mod for right now. I wish to expand the amount as time goes on & implement these
in my main project.

Compatibility:
Currently this edits 5 vanilla health files. It should realistically work with any mod that Does not edit the following:
  • pregnancy_events.txt
  • health_events.txt
  • birth_events.txt
  • 20_health_effects.txt
  • health_on_actions.txt
