-Tweaked the first encounter so hopefully Johnsons team dies easier.

-Tweaked how you progress through the stealth flood and last bay section

-Even more enemies at swamp_b

-Covenant at the downed spirit at swamp_a tweaked. Jackals added, AI will travel closer to the pelican to interfere.

-No more stealth elites in the main level. You only saw them once anyway. Removed to make room for pistol marines below

-Overhauled marine animations. No t-posing when a infection form latches on, etc. Functional pistol marines included now, who hold the pistol both two handed and one handed. The animation graph is a hybrid of Echo482s player marine, TSCE, and vanilla, and it's custom built by me. I plan to feature this animation set in future mods as well.

-No more marines with covenant weapons on the bonus level.

-A few misc tweaks

-Buffed flashlight to match the chiefs. Should help counteract the filter.

Changing the filter brightness indoors to match outdoors makes everything WAYY too bright, so you just gotta accept it. And im not removing the filter either, extrapolating the jenkins cutscene to a full level is the whole point of the mod.
