Bug fix:
1- Magnet Link will not draw when you are dead or target is too far
2- Astral Staff projectiles will be killed when you are dead

Each modified item will try to reset defaults while in inventory, equip slots and on ground whenever they found that the config is changed, instead of try once at change (to ensure that what you hold or what you wear is right)

Kami Flu is no longer counted as Sickness debuff, as it no longer exists in cal

1- Now cuffs only negates hurt with damage <=1 with cal energy shields on. This is to ensure that you won't lose cuffs' shield even if the damage has been fully blocked
2- Concoction now provides only 30% damage + 15% crit at max, with its expiring speed increased by 50%. Concoction is no longer needed to be so op as Arcana has provided enough
3- Buffed mana flowers so they can provide good dps on certain fights
4- Changed The Ninja to deal revenge damage scaled with your Arcana cost and your magic damage

1- Cuffs shield sound temporal fix. This is a side effect out from cuffs not calculated with cal things, I'll find a way rather than il editing to fix it up
2- The Titan is now calculated correctly before all others about max life and mana

1- Made Arcana Panel scale with UIScale more correctly
2- Now you can't open Arcana Panel while fighting a boss, as the panel prevents using items
3- Nerfed pre-boss Arcana cost to 2, but gains 2 more each after defeating EoC and Queen Bee
4- Made some descriptions more clear
5- Buffed Magnet Sigil to give 3 mana
6- The Storm no longer recovers mana while using mana

Edited shadows created by the Arcana 'The Hallow'
1- Shadows now appear at the center of the original projectile
2- Shadows now can't hit for the first 1/6 second
3- Several projectiles now cant split
