U.S. Army Ordnance - Tank and Modules Research. Completing traits will complete them in the manufacturer MIOs.
American Locomotive Co. - Medium Tanks, Self-propelled guns, Tank Destroyers, and Trains
American Car & Foundry Co. - Light Tanks, Amphibious Tanks
Cadillac Motor Car Division - Light Tanks, SPGs, SPAAG, Modern SPAAG
Chrysler Corporation - Medium Tanks, Trucks, Towed AA, Modern Tanks
Fisher Body Tank Arsenal - Medium Tanks, Medium TDs, Medium SPAAGs, and Heavy Tanks

-Added focuses that create research facilities: Aberdeen Proving Ground (Land), Jet Propulsion Lab (Air), and Manhattan Project (nuclear).
-New nuclear focuses and moved Manhattan Project to center area so you don't have to be at war to start them
-Moved Pentagon to center area, can start before war. Allows Pentagon decision
-Cleaned up and tweaked aircraft MIOs. New engines now require Engine 3 if you have BBA.
-The final version (early war) of the Land of the Free idea no longer drains stability
-Major wartime early focuses shortened to 14 days. Added and tweaked several focuses.
-Some state modifications, adjusted ports, added Port of Newark.
-Arsenal of Democracy now only costs 1.5% recruitable pop instead of 2.5%. If you choose 90-division Army, will then jump to 2.5%. In the future I want to include recruitable pop nerfs to simulate amount of servicemen in support roles.
