Attempt to fix null reference error. Added new null checkers.

Fixed a bug where i spawned the pup before randomizing the shelter it give inconsistency in the logging and pups spawn places.

Quick fix, now it actually spawns pups in the cycle depending on the number of alive pups there are in the current cycle, so if for example the cap is 10 and you tamed 2. The next cycle we expect 8 pups to be spawned.

Fixing Gourmand campaign, now it spawns two pups after you finish the game correctly

Reduced the number of maximum pups in a region to 500 (honestly i think thats better than enough 🤣), you can pick odd numbers in the options sliders now.

Now is no longer necessary to active MSC unlock cheat to be able to play with pups on expeditions 😆
