- Redid airlock circuitry AGAIN. Removed all delay components from the circuit(which i think is the source of the issue). Now it shouldn't be possible to get airlock stuck cycling;
- Removed "airlock " reset button due to it being redundant and overall useless.

- Minor ballast burner change. Now it generates some oxygen during burning for more reliable ballast flora kill.

Minor visual fixes:
- Changed sprite depth of O2 compartment walls so that broken texture of oxygen generator is not visible over the walls;
- Fixed oxygen generator being invisible in HE-SP version.

- Remade turrets angle-switch circuitry. Now it shouldn't be possible to get stuck on single turret/loose it completely;
- Tweaked shuttle waypoints. Now bots shouldn't be getting stuck on ladders between submarine and shuttles trying to repair something in shuttles.

- Removed about 600 structure items by merging wall textures for sake of optimisation (at cost of the mod size);
- Fixed voice assist not shutting up after inputting "voice assist off" terminal command;
- Minor stuff.
