fixed some icon issues, removed unused doors requiring a key (no more endless search)

fixed new collectibles only being placeable on terrain

added more colectibles, placeables and doomsday car spawns

added more collectibles along side the Arid RC cars, happy hunting

fixed scrap catagory for california clothing items

fixed conversion recipes to vanilla IDs for food items

updated the food spawns and removed the redirectors.

recipes adjusted to the new system, some changes to the categories
