-Added increased faction income for the Emperor Campaign to reflect a later starting date over the Grand Campaign.

-Added the diplomacy event values from the parent Strategic AI+Tech mod. This helps make things a little more unforgiving in regards to diplomacy, to help minimize "Rome: Total Peace" campaigns.

-Added a more restrictive unit cap for female units, simply because they should be limited due to their historical scarcity and to maintain some semblance of historical accuracy.

-Added a campaign cap for Roman gladiator units since these too were scarcely recruited by Romans in the abundance to fill entire armies.
