Various Defend Aid Supplies adjustments:
- Add optional civilian casualty sub-objective
- Show red X markers where supplies were stolen
- Increase defense duration from 10-15min to 15-20min
- Disable LAMBS Danger on infantry to improve responsiveness
- Make infantry retreat after defense more consistently
- Increase radius at which theft messages can be seen in chat
- Show chat message when reaching last minute of defense
- Avoid spawning mission in areas with very few roads

- Fix regression in halo jumping ignoring the minimum enemy distance setting
- Fix regression in QAV Abrams and CUP Abrams not receiving custom shell loads

- BREAKING CHANGE: Revamp faction settings to allow toggling BLUFOR and OPFOR factions separately
- BREAKING CHANGE: Revamp APS toggles for more granular control over which units can use APS
- APS is now disabled on non-player/recruit vehicles by default
- BREAKING CHANGE: Add server setting to limit maximum players for self-reviving
- Self-reviving will be hidden after 20 players by default, same as halo jumping
