Patch V1.4.7

  • Entering a Sacrifice Room without clearing the floor no longer softlock the player.
  • Sacrifice overlays and Boss Rush's pentagram now remove grid entities nearby.
  • Altars no longer require a spike in the center in order to spawn properly.
  • Pip-12 dice from Fiend's Folio no longer disappears after using it.
