Made the sub mods incompatible with each other.

I accidentally deleted some sandbox settings from the sub mods at some point in the last few updates, they're back now.

Added some more zones, again, of course.

Readjusted some zones.

Removed duplicate zoning caused by my own stupidity for nearly every zone.

Finished all zoning in every town except for Brandenburg and Irvington, if I have missed any (ignoring Louisville) lmk. Once I've finished those last 2 towns, I'll add farm zones to all the farms around the entire map, then... I guess the mod is done! (Muldraugh is a bit special though, I'm not done with that town just yet either)

Currently at 769 total zone additions/changes.

Cut down on the spawn rate for corpses in cars to be less... dramatic.

Fixed up "fire" vehicle spawns, expect them to be at their stations instead of in the parking lot.

Did the same to a lesser extent with "police" vehicle spawns at some locations.

Added vehicle spawns to an apartment building in LV that I missed.

Added garage zones for the rich strip of fenced housing along the river (you know it...). I do not plan on adding more HOUSING type garages in LV (obviously other types of garages will be added) simply because of all the normal cars I already added in the streets. Let's just pretend they drove off somewhere so I don't have to manually add 100 zones, thanks.

Added parking in every single house garage in the old B41 area, haven't gotten to the new towns just yet.

Added some more misc car zones and parking.

Adjusted which vehicles will acknowledge the random angle setting, so vehicles in garages don't bug out. For the most part this means parking lots are the places with random vehicles spread about rather than at houses.
