Added Spartan Heavy Swordsmen and Skiritai Swordsmen, both for Sparta.

Also added a cap to core spartan units. I realize this might not sit well with some of you, but historically Sparta did not have access to large amounts of their core units.

As it stands now the caps are:

Spartan Hoplites - 18
Spartan Youths - 10
Spartan Heavy Swordsmen - 10

I have left the Royal spartans uncapped since they are a general unit and capping them would probably just do damage.

And finally, Aquizar has created a new garrison system that should stop players and AI alike steam rolling through enemy territory. This has now been implemented. Let me know what you think about it and I'll tweak it if necessary.

Nerfed Athenian marines (armoured as well) to do less attack damage. Also introtuced a cap to the land versions of them and the Korinthian marines some updates ago but forgot to put it in the logs.

Added Korinthian Hoplites for Korinthos. They're pretty elite and capped at 4. Also available as bodyguards.

Further improved the appearance of some vanilla units.

Added Boetian Hoplites to Boiotian League.

Reworked all Greek unit variants, new and old to be slightly more diverse.
