Added Oxygen Tanks to the rear of the lower-hangar deck and to the gap between the GPC's. Breathing rationing decreased from one breath every four minutes to two every three minutes.

Restored missing Flying Squirrel Type-C to the Hangar Deck.

Added Toolbox Pod to Hangar Deck and Manufactorum (Projector 9). Set Ownership to yourself and remote-pilot it into a Type-C Flying Squirrel for transport to/from mining sites. #Note: Unable to patch Bumbleminer pilot frustration due to waiting their turn for a lift.

Manufactorum Blueprints have all been tweaked to have proper oxygen feeds to the cockpits.

The Viper and Sidewinder both have Oxygen tanks below the cockpit. Just leave the belly connectors docked to the Avalon and they'll top up. The Sidewinder also has an Ejector added to the front of the cockpit so you can add Uranium before detaching it from the Manufactorum.

The Flying Squirrel already had Oxygen Generators, but they weren't hooked up to the cockpit. Pilots can now enjoy the same sweet fresh air as their passengers and no longer feel compelled to decompress their cabin out of spite.

The Turtle Shuttle now decompresses its cabin properly before opening the doors. No more venting your buddies out the door into space.

The BumblePods now each have an O2 generator behind the cockpit so they can work for prolonged periods of time. Now they're just cramped working vehicles instead of stuffy too.

The versions already in the hangar bay are all updated too.

Remodled Engineering a little (Enclosed upper control section and encased the Titan Engine in Heavy Armor as it turned out that was the cause of the air loss in there)

Fixed some of the surface layer being Light Armor instead of Heavy.

Added some more thrusters to the forward section of the ship for lateral maneuverability (Ability to pull sweet drifts yo may vary)

Added a button pedestal by the Hangar Bay airlock to close and repressurize it from inside the ship - No more waiting for your buddy to come back inside before you go out.

Added the Sidewinder Recon Craft to the Manufactorum Cell (Projector No.8)

Added Cryopods to the upper Cargo Bay. They're in the side rooms on the way to the Upper Cannon. Also replaced a few doors with double-airlocks to help in case of decompression.

Fixed the missing mods from the list.

Added a Projector to Engineering for ship repairs (Rear Repair Projector). The forward one's also added, but it has no image in it yet.
