Ok, I missed a text change required for the scenarios to function correctly. They should both be working correctly now. I apologize for any frustration. :)

Fixes to scenario. New alt scenario added. Both should be SP/MP compatible now. (Sorry about that)

Fixes to water were implemented. Change to weather, now causes slight damage over time during heavy storms. (If not protected by cover.)
