Update: 8 Jun, 2016 @ 7:12am

Fixed an issue caused by yesterdays fix which made changes not apply properly to already existing dinos.

Just a heads up though: If you're running this mod on a dedicated session or server and want to be able to disable it without wiping the save file, I would recommend rewinding the server to a point before yesterdays update. There occured some issues with a few files that I wasn't prepared for which may cause the session to be unable to load without the mod if it contains dinosaurs that were tamed inbetween this update and the last one. Really sorry about this people!

Update: 7 Jun, 2016 @ 8:36am

- Gigantopithecus wild health scaling: 10% > 20% (Now in line with other creatures)

- Gigantopithecus wild damage scaling: 4% > 5% (Now in line with other creatures)

- Mosasaur wild health scaling: 12% > 20% (Now in line with other creatures)

- Fixed an issue causing changes to recently tamed dinos to not be applied properly untill a server restart. Massive props to steam user Jheuloh for discovering this issue and helping me solve it!

All damage multipliers from specific damage types against creatures (such as flyers taking increased damage from ranged attacks, and all dinos having damage reduction against bullets) have been removed, unless specifically listed in the full list of changes from the base game.[docs.google.com]

The reason I made this change is because they were currently creating a lot of “behind the curtain” power for seemingly no reason, and I personally think players should have full access to all information they need in order to properly play the game. Having a clean slate for this also allows me to more easily use it to balance certain types of dinos if needed (for example, if siege-focused dinos are too strong, I might make them weaker against explosive damage).

Just a heads up though: These changes essentially make guns roughly 40% stronger against dinos, however I think that might be a good thing considering guns aren’t exactly super strong in the base game anyways. I will certainly keep an eye on this though.

Paracer

- Paracers now gain momentum when running and instantly trample down trees like a rhino.

- Sprint Speed: 884 > 540.8-1352

- Step Damage: 20 > 50

I thought this would be a cool change to the paracer, as it is after all the ancestor of rhinos. Props to Ocean_Snipe7 on Reddit for comming up with the idea!

Trample them all!
