  • Naval Capacity per Pop from 0.25 to 0.40
  • Buffed Traditions:
    • Discovery: Assist Research Scientist scaling buffed (Lvl 10 Leader should now give 37% boost instead of 28%)
    • Expansion: A New Life now gives 2 extra Pops instead of 1; Reach for the Stars now reduces Starbase Influence Costs by 15% instead of 10%
  • The Starbase Building 'Hydroponics Bay' now gives 6 Food instead of 3
  • The Planet Edict 'Consectrated Worlds' is now cheaper (is from Ascension Perk)
  • Ascension Perks:
    • Galactic Force Projection now gives 50 Naval Cap instead of 80, but also increases the Naval Cap by 15% (makes it better Lategame)
    • Grasp the Void now increases the Starbase Capacity by 10 instead of 5
    • Eternal Vigilance now also reduces the Buildcosts of Defense Platforms by 20%
    • One Vision increases Empire Unity Output by 15% instead of 10%
    • The Planet Edict 'Consectrated Worlds' is cheaper
    • Executive Vigor now also gives 10% Edict Cost Reduction
  • All Megastructures can be build in parallel
  • Dyson Sphere Frame Buildtime reduced from 10 to 5 years and Buildcosts reduced from 50k to 25k
  • Ringworld Frame Buildtime reduced from 15 to 10 years

  • Removed Mineral Silo Buff
  • Spiral Feed Powerhub now gives 15% energy instad of 20% but its buildable alongside the normal Powerhubs
  • Power plants add energy storage removed
  • Betharian Powerplant energy production increased from 10 to 15
  • Loop Temple is now empire unique, society research increased from 4 to 10, gives 10% planet happiness and 5% government ethics attraction empirewide
  • Buffed some Empire edicts
  • Increased Food needed per pop and Growth boost from surplus food
  • Megastructures dont block each other, doubled science nexus research output, Mega Engineering research now requires less and gives more mineral storage and 5% global mineral output
  • Buffed Discory Tradition Faith in science, assist research now gives 25% unity and more happiness
  • Doubled Harmony Finishing effect and added 5% government ethics attraction
  • Added 5% Minerals to Properity Finisher effect, increased administrative operations building upkeep reduction to 15%
  • Reduced Border range increase of Supremacy to 15%
  • Buffed some Ascension Perks
