CUP & Ravage missions

added 4 new Ravage missions (kolgujev,nogova,malden,mske)
added LCU boats to marina
added back divers to marina
changed music to more A3/Ravage and less custom (check your volume)
tweaked some sounds and images

updated missions to v1_18
-changed workertypes should fix renegade bug
-small change to AI commander about attacking enemybase

I changed the default startparameters to a more arcade setting in this version.
It is more beginner friendly and gives you smaller but intese rounds.
These days time is rare so this setting will take you quick to a splendid war.
Heavy action will eat performance so I had this in mind in many hours of testing.
You will still have an impact of FPS in the first 15 minutes but after the resistance is down it will quickly jump up again.
-default ai commander (just take a slot and start fighting)
-star positions closer (grab your tank and kill the enemybase)
-high start money (aircrafts will spawn from start)
-6 towns in a compact distribution (more action/ shorter ways/ less performance impacts)
-1.5km view distance (old school style/ more infights/ less performance impacts)
-no grass default (old school style / still adjustable on ingame/ less performance impacts)
-lower AI skill and accuracy (less performance impacts)
-less resistance enforcement (less performance impacts)
-half price for sat camera (spy vs spy)
-workers cleans out the base area default on (helps the ai to get their asses out of it)
-less civilian vehicles spawning (less performance impacts)
Every of these is surely still changeable by taste in the parameters in the lobby...
