  • added decisions to build/demolish Furnaces
  • Farm Estates and Wharfs were added to ET, so the decisions to build/demolish these are now usable when playing with ET as well

  • fixed Coal Plant (ET building) shown as outdated to early

  • added options decisions to disallow/allow building construction in subjects' provinces (requires Rights of Man DLC)

  • option decisions to fade in building groups now show the buildings included in the specific group as well
  • decisions with outdated buildings now are marked with an orange "OUTDATED" in the description title (if outdated buildings are faded in)

  • fixed prices of the ET buildings "road" and "highway"

  • having more money than the base price of buildings is still required to enact a building decision, but the conditions for actually constructing a building after enacting a decision will include the actual building price now so that buildings that cost less than the base price because of modifiers etc. should now be built in your provinces, if you have enough money (at least 0), even if you have less money than the base price
