  • fixed wrong localisations
  • fixed a bug for constructing buildings in subjects' provinces

  • added decisions to develop your provinces, which can be faded in and out (require Common Sense DLC to be visible/usable)

  • added an option decision and an event triggered by that decision to set a minimum value for your treasury to that buildings should be constructed
    1. You can set no minimum value (used by default), which means that buildings are constructed in as many provinces as possible, while you have at least the amount of money the buildings costs without any modifiers (e.g. 100 ducats for a temple)
    2. You can set a minimum value of 1000 ducats, which means that buildings are constructed in as many provinces as possible, while you have at least the amount of money the buildings costs without any modifiers + 1000 (e.g. 1100 ducats for a temple)
    3. You can set a minimum value of 10000 ducats, which means that buildings are constructed in as many provinces as possible, while you have at least the amount of money the buildings costs without any modifiers + 10000 (e.g. 10100 ducats for a temple)
    4. You can set a minimum value of 100000 ducats, which means that buildings are constructed in as many provinces as possible, while you have at least the amount of money the buildings costs without any modifiers + 100000 (e.g. 100100 ducats for a temple)

  • decisions for Temple, Cathedral, Counting House and Courthouse now show the correct name for specific religions (e.g. "Church" instead of "Temple" etc.)

  • added decisions to increase/decrease autonomy in state provinces and territorial provinces as well as option decisions to fade those in/out

  • fixed some modifier values that were changed with the last Extended Timeline Update

  • the demolition of buildings are now influenced by the disabled/enabled map regions (using option decisions) as well (only player provinces, not subjects')
    • e.g. if you disabled building constructions in "Western Europe", buildings won't be demolished in those regions (Low Lands, France, Iberian Peninsula)
