First major update to squad sizes with some adjusting to singles as well.
Balancing is still needed as the frogmen squads are much larger, and Mongel had its guards upgraded. If the frogmen are still over powering them, ill adjust them even more.

small fix as i used the wrong Mod file,
Working on Version 11 after this which will start incressing all squads basic numbers now that Chris have a good portion of all the races into the game.

Updated new NPC's. changed invintory sizes in security spiders. as this could be the issue with no AI Cores dropping as their invintory size being to small.
