- Flaming Skull target and UI name changed to Wind type.

- Wind of Death rebalanced. Less damage, less cost, stationary, applies fatigue debuff. Changed to vortex type.
DEATH:
- Doom & Dorkness reduced miscast and cd on overcast.
- Dreadknight reduced overcast cd to 2/3.

- Gaze: damage tweaked towards non-ap.

LIGHT:
- Shem's: damage boosted, especially on overcast (anti large).

FIRE:
- Fireball: moved some damage from non-ap to ap.

METAL
- Final transmutation: +15m radius on overcast.

- Soulblight's v1 cd reduced from 36 to 24.

LIFE:
- Awakening: moved a bit of damage towards ap.

LIGHT:
- Banishment's cooldowns reduced.
- Birona v1's cd reduced to 36.

SHADOW:
- lowered miscast chance of most spells.

- Anrahir: increased radius from 15/15 to 30/45.
- Amber Spear: increased versusLarge damage by a 15%.
- Flock: increased radius from 15/15 to 30/30.

Fire:
- flame storm costs 20/30 to 13/18, duration from 60/90 to 30/30, slightly lower damage with a 10% portion of ap.
- fireball's aoe increased for reliability.
- piercing bolt's aoe increased.

Heavens:
- Chain Lightning's damage substantially increased.
- Wind Blast's force dramatically increased.

No trail setting should be overridden for most magical projectiles.

- Gave Vlad (custom battle) the skills he lacked from his actual campaign skill tree (namely, Red Fury and Undeath Resurgent). Because fuck the Red Duke. Also, due to mechanic changes, partially reinstated his Ring as an active ability, with reduced duration but a partial ward save.
