Fixed car and car_glass spawning bug causing alignment issues (glass didn?t line up with the car?s location) on map2. Increased diversity of witch spawning locations on map2 via scripts. Removed measurement brush on map4, which was sitting on top of fluorescent light right before the final saferoom.

Removed filenames starting with mapspawn_mapname, so they don?t load when maps without built stringtables load (which is a bug caused by the other map). Files should no longer be inappropriately loading on other maps that didn't use buildstringtables. Removed some model randomization to improve performance. Map 1 now has slightly better odds of spawning less witches for the first section after start (more noticable on easy and normal).

Fixed texture on map 4 that was missing due to using the wrong texture entirely.

Updated cubemaps on map5 to fix areas that were too shinny.

Fixed various item spawning issues (should no longer have frying pans spawning under or inside things). Re-did item parameters to match final nav (same number spawned). Some uncessary files removed.

Map 2 and 3 should be totally gnomeproofed now.

Gnome-proofed all the ending saferooms. Fixed some population issues causing unwanted riot cops to spawn.
