Note:
There was a bug with the recent DLC that was causing the AI not to use the bowmen introduced in this mod due to having an ability that allowed them to use fire arrows.

While i managed to find that, i did not manage to fix the problem it self, and in the meanwhile i introduced a temporary fix for it. The bowmen will now have permanently the flaming arrow ability turned on, due to this the ability has also been nerfed as previously it used to be a pretty powerful augment.

Sorry that i could not do better but i'll keep looking into this issue when i gather more help.

Changes:
  • Removed the Peasant Bowmen Barziers ability to use fire arrows, instead now that ability is permanent.
  • Reblanaced the bowmen to be more fit into the game in comparassion of their newly added competition of the wood elves.
  • The barziers bowmen have had their range reduced to 160 and their damage manipulated to inflict more damage to armored enemies in comparassion of their lower tier counterpart.
  • The Barziers now have an increased damage bonus against large creatures as well as they put them on fire.

Update - Balancing

Changes:
  • Knight Errants - This unit has been reviewed to provide more usefulness to it.
  • This unit defence has been increased by 1 and charge has been diminished by 4
  • Knight Errants are now recruitable at level 1 Stables, they require 2 turns and a training ground building must be built prior to their recruitment.

Mod Update

A few changes and rebalances were made, details bellow:

  • Brazier Bowmen have had their techonology building removed for recruitment requirement.
  • Brazier Bowmen Upkeep Increased
  • Knight Errants Stats have been reviewed to better fit against the Knights of the Realm. They will prove efficiant when left for melee combat, while the knights of the realm will be much better at repeated charges.
  • Flaming Arrows special ability had its effect improved making it a bit more lightweight. specially on impact.

  • Trebuchet - Damage stats have been rebalanced for a more proper division of damage, its effects stay similar to what it was before this patch.
  • Trebuchet - Mass of the projectile has been increased for a more immersive feel of impact upon hit.
  • Fixed Faction Uniforms for all units under the banner of Parravon.
  • New Feature - When used together with my main Bretonnia mod or Bretonnia Feature pack, the units will be available to recruit in custom battles under all minor bretonninan factions.
