* Once terraforming is researched, CHS worlds may now be terraformed into whatever class of planet your homeworld is.
* Terraforming tech now unlocks level 2 Habitability Boosters, giving +25% habitability instead of the +15% from the level 1.
* Added a modifier that gives you ~2 years to get up your first habitability booster before planet habitability is throttled to 0%.
