Raise force limit to 300M, where it's just *barely* stable in 1G with load. *USE WITH CARE*.

Worked around the API changes. On/Off is now handled as per default.

Junctions are finally not janky.
Note that the inner rails have been made "passive", meaning they don't exert sideways force.
