Version 2.0

- Revamped the XL-weapon tree, which now includes three weapons:
---> The Proton Beam Cannon, which is comparable to the Particle Lance
---> The Composite Superlaser, which is comparable to the Tachyon Lance
---> The Converging Superlaser, which is comparable to the Titan Laser

- Added a new tree of Laser Cannon PD modules. These have stats comparable to Flak Guns, but only fit into PD slots.

- The research icon for the Particle Blaster now includes a color-marker in the bottom-left corner. This is for players using custom government types so they can see what color-tree they are researching.

- Added compatability with custom governments. Using a custom government will now grant access to a random Blaster color.

- Adjusted the stats of the Composite Superlaser. It is now slightly harder hitting, but slower firing, than the Titan laser.

- Temporarally disabled the Converging-beam Superlaser.

- Removed shield damage penalty from Blasters/Quad Blasters. This should bring them more in-line with Kinetic weapons.

- Fixed missing muzzle flash for Small Turbolasers (Red)

- Fixed Sound Effect category bug. It didn't have an in-game effect, but now it won't glut up your error log!
