Updated to ensure that the mod doesn't conflict with any of the changes that came with the Monks and Mystics patch.

Update: 18 Dec, 2016 @ 11:36am

Changes:

Opinion Requirements:

Vassals with no 'bad' traits (deceitful, ambitious, envious, greedy, arbitrary) should now leave the ICP faction at +25 opinion, regardless of whether they are a voter or not. The opinion requirement for vassals with the aforementioned traits remains the same at +60, providing they are not craven.

Craven Trait:

Craven characters can now join the ICP faction, but not create it. If faction leadership is given to a craven character due to the original leader leaving the faction, they should immediately leave the faction because they're too afraid to be the ringleader.

Characters who are craven will only consider joining the ICP faction if they dislike you by more than -20. The likelihood of them joining under these conditions is slightly less than non-craven characters, although their other attributes (such as whether they are ambitious, greedy etc.) will still affect their willingness.

To make a craven character leave the faction without resorting to blackmail or murder, you need their opinion to reach -20 or above.

While these changes allow cravens to join the ICP faction, the conditions have to be fairly dire before they become a problem at all.

Council Power Faction Ultimatum:

The ICP faction can no longer deliver its ultimatum unless it has at least 100% power. In the vanilla game, it is possible (although uncommon) for the ultimatum to trigger after 75% power has been reached.
