- changed the logic of picking the dead faction to spawn. Instead of random selection the faction that's been the most dead will be selected.
- split the Beastmen spawn points into 2 groups, one for each minor Beastmen faction.
- Main Beastmen faction will spawn 2 armies instead of one. Each one will spawn in a different spawn point from the newly created groups.
- improved the quality of Beastmen armies and infrastructure.

- divided Greenskin's armies into 3 groups : Grey mountains, world's mountains and badlands.
- each group's factions' will be spawned around those areas

I made this change to spread out the threat and guarantee most of the old world will feel it.. also to prevent a specific area to be crowded with orcs thus destroying the balance I want to achieve.

- scrapped the initial logic of spawning armies near the player's highest general's army.
- spawn points are chosen randomly without any relation to the player.
- orcs spawn points are mostly in the mountains, badlands with a few points near reikland, middenheim and brettonia.
- Beastmen will mostly spawn in near areas with forests.
- increased the chances of spawning armies since it's no longer a guarantee that it will spawn near the player.
- improved beastmen armies.

above changes are meant to lower the dwarven dominance and bringing the feel of the never ending green tide threat. And spread the beastmen/orc threat around the map.. not just around the player.
These changes should be save game compatible.
