Map changes:
-Added 20+ new provinces to French & Italian North Africa.
-Added new graphics for marshes in Egypt.

Performance changes:
-Removed research slots on all neutral countries, SWE,SWI,TUR,SAU,AFG,TIB,SIK, and aswell on Chinese minors which get annexed by China. This should slightly decrease save game size, and possibly give a tiny performance increase <1%.
-Added hidden national idea for Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey which dissalows them from building anything. This sometimes happened as they get trade later in the game, and resulted in a few dozen military factories, might give a small performance increase 1943+.

Other changes:
-Added small flavour focus trees for Ethiopia and Switzerland so they dont have generic, (1 focus each).

Combat changes:
-Desert attack was reduced from -20% to -25%. (Might slow down NAF abit)

Equipment changes:
-Added ground attack to heavy fighters like old 2018 PFU.
-Soft attack for medium 1 self propelled gun was increased, it was the same as light tank 2 previously.
-Hard attack for medium 1 TD was slightly increased.
-Light tank hardness was increased from 80% to 85%.
-Heavy tank 1 hardness, defense, and soft attack was increased slightly.

Map changes:
-Many plains provinces in Egypt & Libya were changed from plains into Desert, and Marsh in Egypt. (Terrain GFX will be updated next update, and eventually a custom terrain for Egyptian floodplain).

Tech changes:
-Added +5 org to desert & jungle infantry in last special forces tech, due to it being a special unit, and not getting regular +5 org like other special forces.

China changes:
-If China is AI past late 1937, they will receive a large amount of equipment to better balance it not being a player.
-If China is AI past mid 1938 and owns most of China, they will receive numerous buffs to encourage Japan to not exploit China not being a player.

United Kingdom Changes:
-Finest hour national spirit now gives +10% movement speed, this should help getting encircled less in Africa, and allow a better fighting retreat, or even a successful operation crusader.
-Added new decision and news event to blow the Aswan dam, this destroys infrastructure and adds a flooded province modifier. (which should slow down axis advance into Sudan, and give the UK some breathing time after losing Egypt.)

United States changes:
-Aid Britain decisions were fixed, and the requirements for UK speeches were removed because they don't exist.
-Aid Britain decisions were moved to PFU wartime measures decision category, to remove clutter.

South Africa changes:
-Now starts with 1 more motorized division.
-Desert equipment national spirit gives +5% movement speed.

Other changes:
-Removed useless demob decisions.

Combat/Doctrine changes:
-Base digin was reduced from 5 to 4.
-Grand battleplan digin was reduced from 10 to 7.
-Grand battleplan planning bonus right side was reduced from +20% to +15%, and left side +55% to +45%.
-Mass assault digin was reduced from 8 to 5 (which is back to vanilla value).
-Mass assault max planning from was reduced from 20% to 15%.
-Mass assault received another +5% to line artillery breakthrough.
-Mass assault received a bonus for +10% hard attack for line artillery.

German changes:
-Fall blau and citadel now give infantry attack bonus like Barbarossa bonus, which adds on top of 20/15% flat bonus for 35-40% infantry attack in total.
-Me262 Focus is now available in mid 1942, and the bonus was increased from 150% to 200% for fighter 3.

USA changes:
-Issue warbonds now gives +10% base war support for the USA.

United Kingdom changes:
-Reworked tizard mission, removed event and added bonuses to the focus instead for simplicity.
-Merged MAUD commitee nuclear bonus into tizard mission focus.

Canada changes:
-Most Naval focuses were merged together.
-Added BB tech bonus into fleet in being focus. (They had none previously)

South Africa changes:
-Merged together naval focuses like Canada and gave a couple minor tech bonuses.

Finland changes:
-Now starts with a handful of fighters and bombers, some a couple years earlier then historically but you can't expect Finland to build an airforce.
-Now starts with two fighter aces, one of which was the highest scoring non german ace of the war.
-Now starts with 2 technologies into air doctrine.

Decision changes:
-Improve worker conditions debuff was reduced in days, from 180 to 120, and bonus was doubled.
-Removed useless communism/democratic political decisions, which hold referendums ect.
-Removed useless press censorship decisions, which add daily party support.

Event changes:
-Reworked Soviet/German peace events, the lag and studder was greatly reduced due to splitting up the effects, and new states which were missing were added.

GFX changes:
-Added 18 decision icons for all German SS decisions.

__**August 14th update**__

Equipment changes:
-Removed terrain defense bonuses from engineer companies, really just a stupid mechanic from vanilla, giving tanks +% defense in harsh terrain, when the tank itself has negative defense.
-Infantry equipment 3, 4, and 5 have been reduced in defense by 2-3 each, and 1-2 in soft attack to better scale in similarity to artillery.
-Infantry equipment 3, 4 and 5 were reduced in steel and production costs.
-Artillery brigades was changed to from 0.6hp to 2.
-Artillery brigades attack malus in forests was changed from -20% to -10% after testing.
-Anti tank & anti air brigade HP per brigade was changed from 0.6 to 1.
-Support artillery, anti air, rocket artillery, anti tank, and a few others were increased from 0.2 to 1 hp or other amounts.
-Medium armor was reduced in defense after testing in numerous terrains, (This is due to previous changes in raising base defense on tanks, which made plains attacking/clicking less retarded). Forests & Hills -5% > -10%, Marsh & Jungle -10% > -20%.

Define changes:
-Garrison order no longer doubles your army size, this should incentivize more frontlines, especially as Soviets, aswell as using different generals as most major nations in some situations.

Trait changes:
-Commando trait now gives +2% special forces attack/defense.

Soviet changes:
-Rokossovskys bug where he received 8 attack was fixed, he now receives 6 attack, and instead starts with skill 5.
-Chuikov is now skill 4 and has urban assault specialist trait.

Performance changes:
-Removed decisions for region recruiting spys.

Cancer removal:
-Removed ability to spam 2w or other exploits to send more volunteers. The base is now 1 division per country.
Soviets start with +4, Germany and Italy each start with +1, but increase to +4 when Spain finishes their focuses so they can send 5 in total each, like the Soviets. Spain also gets +9 max volunteers(10 Total) for WW2.

Other changes:
-Added Japanese peace event for if Japan gets over 84% capitulation and is at war with the USA. Gives France SE Asia, frees China/PRC, gives US pacific, and puppets Japan, deleting their army, airforce, and navy and a few other mechanics. (Not finished yet, rushed for game on Friday)

Map changes:
-Added 5 new provinces to Okinawa, 2 new ports, and 3 new VPs.
-Added 3 new ports and 3 new VPs to Sumatra and Java.
-Added 1 new ports and 1 new VP to New Guinea.
-Added 2 new cities to Russia, Kirov and Vologda.
-Added 1 city to Slovakia, Bratislava.
-Added 1 new VP to Germany.
-Dodecanse and surrounding islands are now hills.
-Naxos and region next to athens are now hills.
-Cretes plains provinces were changed to hills.
-Spanish islands in med are now hills. (Except for north one)
-Cretes airbase was increased to level 3.
-Malta is now hills tile. (realistically it should be urban, but it's to hard to invade then)
-Somoa, Fiji, Saipan, and New Caledonia now have realistic jungle and hill terrain.

Romania changes:
-Added 1x 150% land doctrine bonus to army maneuvers, because they didnt have any in their focus tree from vanilla.
-Mountaineer focus now gives 2x 100% instead of 1x.
-Fortify the borders is now only 14 day focus.

Other changes:
-Fixed Italian war logistics port location.

Map changes:
-Added 2 province Leningrad, and 2 new neighboring provines.
-Added 2 province Odessa.
-Added 4 new cities/urban to Central Russia, Tambov, Ufa, Ulyanovsk, and Penza.
-Added historical forest range from Voronezh to Lipetsk in Russia.
-Added 5 new VPs to central Russia.
-Cleaned up some poorly modeled vanilla city province borders in Ukraine.

China changes:
-Added two more Sino-Japanese war on actions, to fix the issue of having 10% bonus with one state left.

German changes:
-Added 100 heavy fighters in heavy fighter focus(No one has taken it, ever).
-Added 4 new SS decisions (visible past 1942) for mechanized & mountain divisions past 1943+.

Major change:
-Added Sino-Japanese war dynamic idea, instead of previous 25% flat bonus, it scales from multiple ideas per every 2 states you own in China. First 4 states are under 1st idea..

Define changes:
-Cas & fighter efficiency gain per day was reduced from 0.88 to 0.55, this should reduce ping pong.
-Max naval forts able to be built was reduced from 10 to 5.

Map changes:
-Added more steel to Central China & Chonqing.

Advisor changes: (An attempt to make useless advisors atleast worth their cost)
-Smooth talking charmer now gives +10% resource gain.
-Backroom backstabber now gives 5% more political power gain(10% total), and 25% more stability from party popularity.
-Fortification expert and quartermaster now gives +5% faster construction speeds.
-Ideological Crusader now gives 0.002 weekly war support.
-Compassionate gentleman now gives 7.5% stability, and 5% political power gain.
-Infantry advisors are now similar to armor and others, and give a slight bonus to attacking over defending, which was the opposite before.

Canada changes:
-Improved 2 starting infantry divisions to motorized templates.
-Added 2 starting infantry divisions.
-Added 1 starting tank division, 1st Canadian armored division.
-Now starts with the same naval tech as the UK.
-Added 15 new ships to the Canadian navy, including 2 heavy cruisers, and 3 light cruisers, all of which are historical albeit later in the war.

South Africa changes:
-Added 2 more infantry divisions, and 1 motorized division.
-Added 40 Tungsten to Transvaal to help incentivize mediums over heavies a little.
-Reduced 3 focuses to 35 days.

Equipment/Unit changes:
-Recon support companies were all improved, but mostly in breakthrough capability.

Map changes:
-Added 7 new airbases in India.
-Added 3 new airbases to Africa
-Increased airport size on Iwo Jima & Okinawa.

Naval changes:
-Decreased heavy gun 2-3-4-5 heavy attack closer to vanilla (still higher).

Fixes:
-Removed on action for paradrops, was causing minor errors with a country flag, possible crashing.
-Removed some un needed city photos in South America.

US changes:
-Organized US army at the start to ports for QOL.
-Now starts with light tank and medium tank templates for QOL.
-Starting OOB is now 50% strength instead of 30%.
-Inexperienced army national spirit is now targeted towards Germany & Italy only.
-Last bastion of democracy now gives a national spirit for 360 days which increases efficiency gain and build speed for mils,docks,synths.
-USA starts with 2 more military factories.

Commonwealth changes:
-Now ALL start with medium and light tank templates for QOL.
