Equipment/Unit changes:
-Removed all terrain debuffs from cavalry except for those in Urban & Amphibious landings, and gave them some movement bonuses in hills/mountains. (Might be worth keeping now as China or someone early game)

USA changes:
-Now starts with B-17 researched, with boeing designer. (historical)
-Increased strat bombing idea to -20% production instead of -10%
-Combined bomber offensive focus now gives 200 B-17 bombers and another -5% production cost.
-Weave doctrine was increased to 20% ship AA, 10% was essentially nothing with new naval system.
-Improved cruiser focus tech bonus from 50% to 100%.
-Removed US cruiser submarine tech from submarine focus.

UK changes:
-Added strategic bombing idea to the UK, which gives -20% strat bomber production with bomber command focus.
-Now starts with breinheim tac bomber 1 researched with bristol designer. (historical)
-100 starting interwar tactical bombers were changed to tac bomber 1.

Map changes:
-Added two province Sevastapol. (Beginning of Soviet map update)
-Added 5 new provinces to Hawaii and new terrain.

Map changes:
-Added missing VPs in Vietnam, and Northern China.

Define changes:
-License production cost increase per year was removed, and base IC cost for equipment was raised from 1>2. (This should make minors like FINLAND!!! more inclined to license produce panzer IVs or something.)

Navy changes:
-Removed penalty for other fleets entering naval combat. This was changed to improve smaller fleets being viable.
-Removed naval org loss from moving ships manually. QOL change, (may revert this if there is exploits)

Equipment changes:
-Anti tank 1 now costs 1 less tungsten.

Brigade changes:
-Support AT was increased in hard attack.
-Field hospitals now give abit more HP.

German changes:
-Battle of Britain decision now gives 1x 300% bonus for strat bombing doctrine.

Russian changes:
-Starting light tank designers now have -20% production cost.

French changes:
-France now starts with 1 heavy tank division of B-1 tanks.
-Free French army was increased by 1 tank divisions, and their infantry divisions were changed to motorized divisions.

Spain changes:
-Added custom tank designer from motorized company, and removed generic designer.

Romania changes:
-Improved custom tank designers to give some light tank and medium tank/TD bonuses.
-Starting light tank division is now 40w, and starting light tank 1 has a custom designer.
-Now starts with the medium tank template for qol, and the focus to deploy a medium tank division now has reduced requirements.

Hungary changes:
-Added light and medium tank templates for QOL.
-Now starts with logistics 1 and interwar anti air.

China changes:
-Reduced many chinese focus times.
-British burma road focus now gives more infantry equipment.

Other changes:
-Removed some unnecessary political reformers/demogauges from 5 minor countries.
-Poland,Greece,and Yugoslavias now have much stronger armies, at historical sizes or close.

Performance changes:
-Polands,Belgiums,Yugoslavia,Greece,Norway,Denmarks army is now removed at the start, and deployed in early 1939 and late 1939 for yugo/greece instead for early game performance.

Map changes:
-Added 6 new impassable states to Finland and Russian Karelia to simulate the historical lack of infrastructure, and makes the Northern front much more managable and realistic for Soviets.
-Added 10 new VPs to Finland and Karelia region.
-Added 3 new Airports in Central Russia and Volga region.

GFX changes:
-Added new graphics for dispersed industry to emphasise the difference from vanilla.

Air doctrine changes:
-Added similar system to SR/GDU/Horst air doctrine, just better because i spent time to make a proper interface.
-All air doctrine now scales in cost and xp cost, and most important air doctrines are early on.

Other changes:
-German focus air doctrine bonuses are now updated to new air doctrine.
-All majors starting air doctrine were updated to new air doctrine.

Map changes:
-Increased some VP sizes and supply in Sudan.

Commonwealth/UK changes:
-Tank designers are now available earlier.
-Nuffield now gives +5% tank reliability.
-Heavy tank designers were increased by +5% armor and given +5% soft attack.

Equipment changes:
-Light tank 1 and 2 were slightly improved in defense, breakthrough, and hard attack stats.
-Artillery was improved by 1 defense and 2 breakthrough for each type. 1,2,3.
-Anti air equipment was increased by 1-2 soft attack for each type. 1,2,3.

Other changes:
-Fixed operation Husky decision requirements, it used old hoi4 landing craft tech.

Axis changes:
-Due to locking axis from free trade, i have locked Romania at the start to Free trade, and compensated by adding 2 civilian factories.
-Due to locking axis from free trade, i have added 2 further synthetic factories to Germany at the start, and 3 to Italy to compensate.

Naval changes:
-Further tweaks and balancing has been done to navy, but most importantly submarines have been improved after torpedo accuracy and critical damage was increased, raiding convoys as a result is more efficient.

German changes:
-Fixed focus requirements to reintegrate Alsas and Luxembourg which were broken.

Map changes:
-Added 4 new states to British Africa (Egypt, Sudan) 2 new airports, 1 new city, and 3 new VPs.
-Added 2 new states to Ethiopia.
-Added 2 new VPs of historical battles, Bastogne and Kasserine pass.
-Added 5 new VPs to Indonesia, and 1 new port.
-Added 4 new VPs and 1 new port to Papua and Solomon islands.
-Added two province Cairo and improved terrain of hills provinces that were not previously modeled as hills in Egypt.
-Added 7 new city photos in Africa, and 2 new city photos in England.
-Mogadishu in Somalia is now a hills tile.
-Fixed some naval port locations in Borneo and Indonesia from base game, they were pointing into the land because Paradox has no attention to detail.

Naval changes:
-After testing, critical damage bonus was reduced from 50 to 20. (This has little effect on overall naval combat as 20 is high enough to get desired effect, just specific combat like battleships/cruisers/shbb against each other.)
-Screening bonus now increases naval retreat speed more, as overall speed of ships was reduced in previous update.
-Screening bonus now gives a capital ship bonus to armor. (Doomstacking reduces screening efficiency, so this is a buff to smaller fleets).
-Reduced spotting speed from large fleets, and gave a bigger base spotting, this should increase smaller fleets effectiveness, and stop instant spotting and engaging while retreating.

France changes:
-Removed retarded 30% and 20% aircraft research bonuses from designers.

Soviet changes/Balance with new focus tree:
-Operation Bagration is now only takable in 1943 with 13 million losses, or the regular 1944 requirement.
-Operation Uranus and Bagration now gives core defense.
-Tankograd and Reorganized aircraft industry now require losses and surrender progress for Soviets.
-Tank focus which leads to Morozov designer was raised by 5 months to May 1939. (I realize why i put it to 1940 unlock date in previous version, but still want it earlier.).

German changes:
-Added new Kriegsmarine decision, build submarine pens, which gives some fortifications/aa in France, and gives some cruiser submarines there.
-Strategic bomber focus now gives 100 Do19 Bombers.
-Fixed German focus tree having a gap in between focuses. (It was bugging me)
-U boat effort and Plan Z are no longer mutually exclusive.
-Battle of Raseiniai now has an improved tooltip to display what it does, and adds an improved Variant of heavy tank 2 on top of researching it (Tiger I).
-Modular construction focus now gives a 100% bonus for submarines.
-Submarine effort focus now gives snorkel technology bonus.
-Alkett designer now gives bonuses for super heavy tank production. (They made the Maus)

Spain changes:
-Recovering from civil war is now added when the war starts to avoid gamey behavior, you should now end the war asap.
-9 civilian factories were added to Spain at the start to compensate for above.
-2 infrastructure focuses were reduced to 35 days.

Performance changes:
-Removed Czech starting army, and instead added the equipment to German Czech focus.

Other changes:
-Fixed US defense of Pacific focus giving a justifying war notification.
-Fascist countries are unable to go free trade(tired of dealing with tradeback annoyance and other begging to switch eco laws).
-NZL big bob focus was reduced in time to 35 days.
-Fixed AI PRC joining commintern before Chinese united front forms in singleplayer tests.
-Improved some AI behavior.

Navy changes:
-Armor damage reduction was returned to vanilla after testing, from 0.5 > 0.9.

Japan/USA changes:
-Added pearl harbor events after Japan declares on the USA, which has 4 random possible outcomes for damage, and other flavor related to it.
-Added pearl harbor attack sound effect, and Roosevelt speech.
