Navy changes:
-Heavy guns attack was increased with level 2,3,4,5 modules.

-Engines now add a small amount of base speed instead of multiplying, and all other modules no longer reduce ship speed. Ships have much, much more realistic speeds now.

-All engine modules now increase reliability with higher levels.

-Heavy cruiser guns now give 35% strength instead of 40%.

-Battlecruiser armor no longer increases HP and has lowered armor, instead gives small speed increase, and increases surface detection. (Better raiding/spotting)

Performance changes:
-Removed about 30 Events that were unnecessary and not used.

Innovative changes:
-I have figured out how to add designers to starting equipment. All majors now have historical(90%) starting designers for their armour, and aircraft.

Other changes:
-Increased biplane(interwar fighter) air attack from 9>13.
-German flak bonuses from focus were increased from 50% > 100%.
-Reduced time of claims in baltics and bessarabia to 30 days, and locked them to historical dates.

Map changes:
-Increased Indochinese airport size.
-Fixed wrong location of city photo in Saarbucken.

Other changes:
-Organized Chinas starting airforce, gave them historical origin for bombers/fighters.
-Switched Socialist Science & education initiative in Soviet focus tree.
-Fixed bug with prereq for Soviet focus.
-Added new MG42 sound effects for German mechanized.

USA changes:
-Now receives technology bonuses for amphibious mechanized and tanks in focus tree.

Soviet changes:
-BRAND NEW FOCUS TREE. with 20+ new focuses, +4 new ideas, and a few more mechanics. (This tree needs to be looked over for any errors/problems, i could not find any, but just to be sure)
-T-34 Bonus was moved from treaty with USSR to soviet focus.
-Guards tank army decision was moved to a focus instead.
-Removed 5 starting civilian factories because of new added industry in focus tree.
-Starting Soviet Fuel idea is now -75% per oil, but is changed to -50% with new national focus.

Other changes:
-Fixed German Atlantikwall focus.
-Free Frances starting army now has 1 more tank division.

Combat/Equipment changes:
-Increased supply effect from transport planes.
-Increased fuel consumption for medium tanks from 4-5 and heavies to 5-6.
-Fuel gain from synthetic refineries was reduced from 4-3.
-Medium Tank destroyers and SPGs were reduced in cost by 10%. SPAA was reduced in cost by 5%.

Doctrine changes:
-GBP and Deep battle doctrines supply reduction was reduced from 20% possible to 10%. (Soviets get a 10% bonus from Great patriotic war now instead)

QOL changes:
-Added starting spy agency for all majors.

Soviet changes:
-If Soviets choose mass assault right side, Guerrilla tactics will not be available until September 1941.
-Now get a 10% supply reduction bonus from Great patriotic war, since doctrines were nerfed.
-Reserve divisions now have logistics companies.

German changes:
-Made it not possible to take total war unless Soviets are under 48% capitulation, or Germany is over 10% capitulation, on top of previous requirements.

Japan changes:
-Reduced focus time for Manchurian focuses.
-Added Japanese American trade idea, which gives major reduction in trade cost if they choose to import from the US.

Sound changes:
-Moved sound effect of Stalins speech to winter offensive decision.

Graphic changes:
-Added 1 improved national focus icon for Germany.

Minor changes:
-Added small focus trees for Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia for performance/immersion.

Combat/Equipment changes:
-Increased biplane/fighter0 speed from 330 to 380km/h to make them less awful.

QOL changes:
-Made AI accept attaches even with lower opinion.
-Removed Frances colonial army overseas, and re added equipment to undersupplied divisions in mainland instead, to ease micro.

Map changes:
-Fixed Chinas capital being Shanghai.

France changes:
-Now starts with 1 more light tank division.
-Added aircraft production cost to inefficient economy.

Graphic changes:
-Added 13 new national focus icons for the USA.
-Added 10 new national focus icons for the United Kingdom.
-Added 8 new national focus icons for Italy.
-Added 8 new national focus icons for Japan.
-Added 5 new national focus icons for Germany.
-Added 1 new national focus icon for Soviets.
-Improved country colors of South Africa and Tibet.

General changes:
-Added expanded traits for every national focus which still gave vanilla generals. Romania, Raj, Australia, PRC, and Free France, were all improved.
-Added expanded traits for all relevant AI countries, Poland,Belgium,Denmark,Norway,Yugo,Greece.
-Added expanded traits for Vichy France, Slovakia, and Croatia, which were the only missing playable countries left without general traits.

Doctrine changes:
-Locked China & PRC to mass assault doctrine.

Commonwealth changes:
-Canadian and Australian uranium focuses now give 1 civilian factory each.

-Added custom icon for hoi4 application.

Map changes:
-Added two new VPs to Japan, Kyoto and Okayama.

Naval changes:
-Removed secondary from carriers top modules, and made armor cost the same as deck space.
-Carrier deck space now carrys 10 planes, but available slots were increased for all carriers.
-Remade all naval designers, vanilla designers stack heavy ship and carrier bonuses or production cost, i fixed this by specifying them, so no more -50% cost carriers.
-Reduced naval strike damage.
-Slightly reduced the range of CV based naval bombers.
-Battleship armor now gives a small amount of light gun attack, this is to help give them a bonus over battlecruisers.

Performance:
-Removed unnecessary country specific war propaganda decisions, just kept the generic one.

USA changes:
-Added D-day decision for USA, which gives massive bonus in 1944 for fighting against Germany/Italy. I also added core defence ideas for Italy/Germany, so this is only for invading France/Benelux.
-Added edited eisenhower speech sound effect for operation overlord decision.
-Operation Torch now spawns mountain and other divisions in Morocco, which is now forced demilitarized after fall of France, until you invade.

Combat changes:
-Increased Motorized rocket artillery penalties in harsh terrain.
