Navy changes:
-Added requirement for full variants needed to build a carrier, like other ships.

Thailand/Siam changes:
-Greatly reduced focus times and merged some useless focuses, aswell as improving a few.
-Added 3 generals, and 1 admiral.

Dutch changes:
-Added back in navy and 3 admirals, because Japanese server allows a dutch player.

Performance changes:
-Integrated Iraq into the UK.

China changes:
-Added mountain gun tech to PRC focus.

General trait changes:
-All general traits were reworked, modifiers were changed, merged, or replaced entirely.
-All COUNTRIES NOW HAVE FULL TRAITS FOR GENERALS. (This is still WIP and there maybe slight imbalances for a couple games)
-All attack/defense/planning ect from general skills were reduced like what i did with admirals.

High command changes:
-Added ATLEAST BOTH of an armored and infantry specialist (or higher) to Japan, Raj, Romania, Hungary, Ireland, South Africa, Finland, New Zealand, Siam, and Manchuko.

Map changes:
-Added more provinces to North Africa as part of overhaul, which still is only 50% done.
-Added port in Nagoya Japan.
-Added Sidi Barrani VP in North Africa.
-Added an airport in Sinai.
-Lowered VP score of barcelona and some other Spanish VPs, so you can't sit there and exploit on it.

Commonwealth changes:
-Significantly reduced focus times for Australia, South Africa, Canada, and the Raj.
-Indian gentlemans club idea now gives some good bonuses.
-Indian armor focus now gives 2x bonuses.
-Australia now starts with a few more naval ships.

South Africa changes:
-Added 7 new generals to South Africa with portraits.

New Zealand changes:
-Now starts with its historical starting navy.

China changes:
-Guerilla warfare now gives -50% attrition.

Map changes:
-Started(Not finished) overhaul of Africa, added more provinces to Egypt and Libya, and made el alemain 2 tiles.
-Added 4 new provinces to Iwo Jima, realistic terrain, and a new vp. (All the provinces are full size, the island is actually very big on the map)

Other changes:
-Raised HP of tank variants to the same as a regular tank. (I don't know how no one's noticed this yet)
-Fixed Italian & British speeches firing twice.
-Reduced loudness on Soviet speech.

Combat/Equipment changes:
-Improved armored car recon support company, it was worse then motorized recon.
-Organization and strength loss from having non-penetrated armor is now 40% bonus instead of 50%.
-Stats of submarine 1 and 2 were slightly increased.
-Returned supply per infrastructure back to previous versions of the mod after testing. 2.2 > 2.0.
-Reworked resource costs of all tanks, more linear and realistic cost for everything.
-Modern tanks now require mostly tungsten.
-Removed extra resource cost for building variants on tanks.
-Increased defense of every tank, +2 on average.
-Decreased defense of medium and heavy tanks in Jungle.
-Increased hard attack of light tanks.

Sound additions:
-Added Banzai sound effect for when Japan attacks the Allies.
-Added Mussolini speech when Italy goes to war with Allies.
-Added short total war speech when Germany does its focus.
-Added Stalin speech when Barbarossa happens.
-Added churchhill speech after Battle of Britain decision is taken.

Pacific War Fixes/Changes:
-New Zealand and Australia capitulation effect was changed to owning their capital state, so if UK annexes Australia or New Zealand, Japan can still get their pacific war score by invading them.
-South Africa was removed from Pacific war system.

Navy changes:
-Increased carrier fighter disruption from 1-3 after testing.

QOL changes:
-Increased air transfer speed by 40%, it's still slow as it should be, but not as much as it was.
-Reworked Germanies starting industry to be more optimal, for less micro.
-Ship fire control techs were added to mechanic computing techs instead.

Cancer removal:
-Removed potential -100% cost(1day) for US to convert civs into military factories.
-Removed air defense from guided missles, which shot down enemy planes.
-Added a hidden anti exploit idea to France that stops them from "exploiting" Germany into not getting captured equipment.

Map changes:
-Replaced many civilian factories in Northern France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Denmark to military factories. This is to slow mid-late game scaling of German economy, and give them a small boost in 1940-1941 instead.
-Added 8 new VPs to India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.(There was a serious lack of VPs)
-Added 4 new VPs in Burma & Assam.
-Added a port to Taipai in Taiwan, and a new VP south of it.
-Changed attu island to hills terrain.

France changes:
-Now starts with 6 more military factories and 8 less civilian factories.
-2 military factories were added in their right political side tree as industry in paris.
-Added naval treaty adherent, which gives -50% dockyard production, so France doesn't build nothing but dockyards, this is removed once you capitulate.
-Victors of the great war now gives -50% air doctrine research to discourage france from going purely air.
-Added 8 starting rubber to Madagascar since resource decisions were removed.
-Removed +5 infrastructure in gabon from free France focus.
-Removed Compliance gain from French ideas, and instead added compliance via first free france focus.
-French "APX" designer is now more reasonable to take, no longer 15% production cost.

Soviet changes:
-Re added move capital decisions, appearently they are still needed.
-Added sniper team research bonus to Partisan focus.
-Great patriotic war now has 25% faster production efficiency gain, and 25% faster military factory build speed.
-Lessons of war can now be taken if you own karjala, OR the regular 1941 pre req.

Japan changes:
-Added new decision category on top of "Southern expansion", and added 5 new decisions, 1 new idea, and 2 news event.
-Japanese general trait now gives -20% attrition.
-Now starts with anti tank 1 researched.
-Improved photo for pacific war.
-Improved tora tora tora national spirit icon.
-Added city photo for Kokura.

China changes:
-German military advisors idea can now be recalled by Japan.
-Alexander von falkenhausen is now a organization genius, but is removed once Japan does their new decision.
-Re added united front news event, it was not firing properly.
-Improved the photo for Chinese event "we are under attack".
-Improved chinese guerilla warfare national spirit icon.
-Added new city photo for Yanan. (prc capital)

Other changes:
-Fixed Germanys reintigrate alsas focus, it was bugged.
-Fixed Sinkiang still being able to join Commintern.
-Added more steel to South Africa.

Soviet changes:
-Added decision to make your reserve division template editable in 1942/43.
-Reorganize army now gives Rokossovsky improved skills and engineer trait.

Japanese changes:
-Reduced Tora Tora Tora modifiers, Division recovery, attack, and division org was lowered from 25% to 20%.

German changes:
-Added historical Graf Zeppelin carrier at 80% completion in 1936.

Game health:
-Removed naval and air production, aswell as some other continuous focuses to make people actually go down their focus trees instead of sitting on air production after 1939.

Combat/Equipment changes:
-Amphibious naval invasion penalty is now -60% instead of -70%.
-Amphibious naval invasions are now stronger, their lowest starting damage has been raised, and the starting damage of defenders has been lowered, you should no longer be reinforced memed while naval invading with marines.
-Added 10% attack bonus to artillery in urban.
-Reduced malus on TDs and increased SPGs bonus on attacking in urban combat, this should incentivize building them more as support.
-Motorized,Motorized-AA/AT/ARTY,Mechanized, now give +1% initiative each, meaning they will reinforce faster then base infantry, and you should try to motorize your army.

Naval changes:
-Small tweaks to naval defines after more testing, Torpedo accuracy was decreased, heavy, light attack, and ship visibility was tweaked, and carrier strike damage was decreased from 14x to 12x.
-Shore bombardment has been raised to a max of 35%, however requirements to get there are much higher.
-Shore bombardment admiral trait has been raised from 10% to 20% bonus.

Industry/Tech changes:
-Concentrated & Dispersed have been "merged" and are now both takeable, with dispersed being renamed to "efficient industry", and is half the cost.
-Oil refining has been merged with oil processing techs for ease of micro.

Map changes: (All new states have historical population)
-Added 12 new states to China, over 20 new VPs, and +8 new factories.
-Added 1 new state in Bulgaria, and 3 new VPs.
-Added 1 new state in Romania, 1 more civilian factory, 1 new VP, and improved some state categories.
-Added 1 new state in Hungary, 1 more civilian factory, and 4 steel.
-Increased VP sizes in East Africa for more local supply.
-Fixed Mogadishus location and port.

Chinese changes:
-Added 12 new states to China, over 20 new VPs, and +8 new factories.
-Increased many VP sizes across China.
-PRC now starts with 2 more factories, the same general traits, and surrender bonus as China, and a few more starting divisions.
-Reworked United front focus so China should no longer be sitting next to Guangzhou, and united front faction only forms at wartime.
-Reworked Burma road focuses and bonuses, UK now has a chance to send a decent amount of equipment to China at the cost of temporary factory output, and this is required for China to do its other focus.
-Changed name of Mengkukuo to historical Mengjiang.
-Mengjiang now has a decision to occupy part of impassable Gobi desert for larp borders.
-Sinkiang is no longer a Soviet puppet, and is forced neutral. Special decision for China will be added later for them to receive some help.
-Chinese army corruption is now -5% defense.
-China starts with a few more artillery equipped divisions.

Japan changes:
-Starting garrisons now start fully equipped (rifles mostly) instead of 30%.
-Merged destroyer focus into cruiser modernization, which was renamed into escort modernization.

UK changes:
-Merged Asian focuses into just a few for QOL.
-Now has an improved Burma road focus which gives a decent amount of equipment to China at the cost of temporary production.

Soviet changes:
-Persian corridor decision is now repeatable, and can transfer 250 US fighters a month via land if requirements are met.
-Guards motorized template now has motorized AT & light tank recon.
-Added operation bagration decision which gives considerable combat bonuses, along with a news event and historical photo.

German changes:
-Danzig or war can only now be taken on August 20th by the earliest.
-Total war can now only be taken if you have taken over 2 million casualties on top of previous requirements.
-Fixed some German high command, anti submarine specialist > submarine expert, fleet AA > capital ship expert, and heinz guderian is now properly the blitzkrieg theorist instead of Manstein.

France changes:
-While not historical, France is now given West Africa after armistice. I've seen the majority of games where players forget to take their focus to retake it, and Vichy troops are down there fighting.

Italy changes:
-Fixed Fiat being a missing tank designer.
-Added a small amount of steel to Sicily, and chromium to Albania.
-Added a few naval dockyards to Italian naval focuses which didn't have any before.
-Army primacy now gives a research bonus to paratroopers.
-Old Guard focuses now also gives bonuses for superior firepower doctrine.

Doctrine changes:
-Due to imbalances with Barbarossa modifiers and events with people picking different doctrines, i have locked Germany and Soviets to Mobile & Deep battle.
-Supply consumption in right side GBP is now -10% instead of -15%.

Other changes:
-Uk now starts guaranteeing Portugal.
-Cleaned out game rules, may improve stability or performance.
-Finland now starts with a jaeger template, and jaeger 1 researched.
-Bulgaria now starts with a motorized template.
-Cleaned up the generic focus tree for performance.
-Added historical Finnish fascist flag.
-Fixed a random marsh tile that was supposed to be plains.
-Fixed a wrong location of a city photo.

Cancer removal:
-Removed unnecessary diplomatic options to revokeguarentees/improverelations/spymasters/dockingrights/milaccess/leave&kickfromfaction, and removed ability to request lend lease, as it crashes the game.
-The ability to send volunteers is now limited to Spanish civil war.

Combat changes:
-Increased max XP from 999 to 9999, this should fix late game air/armyxp desynchs where players or AI go past 999.

Air changes:
-Land based naval bombers were returned to vanilla values, they are now better at damaging and sinking ships.
-Slightly improved jet fighters, and fixed bug with jet tac 1s being low range.
-Improved rockets 1-2 range, and overall strategic bombing.

Naval Overhaul #2:
-Reduced disruption factor to virtually nothing for carrier bombers, they instead just get shot down.
-Carrier naval bomber damage was increased from 5-14, this greatly improves carriers.
-Carriers now have almost 20 hours to fly before the rest of the navy engages each other.
-Rebalanced heavy gun and light gun accuracy, and added unique defines for randomness,critical damage, armor piercing,and combat ability if you are being fucked up (low org/strength),
making naval battles much less one sided and realistic, aswell as allowing smaller fleets to be more viable.
-Dual purpose guns were nerfed from 4 AA to 1 per module, now in line with other AA reductions.
-Reduced effect of naval experience on damage/defense.
-Reduced overall effects of naval leader traits and skills.
-Reduced many naval tech modifiers.
-Reduced naval maneuver speed to 5% instead of 10%.
-Removed all unnecessary xp gain naval traits from admirals.
-Changed damage required to be considered an assist to 20%, this should reduce clutter.
-Reduced amount of taskforces an admiral can command to 5, try using other admirals.
-Nerfed surface visibility in trade interdiction in every tech, instead gave some bonuses to enemy fleet size penalty.
-Base strike doctrine received +5 org to BBs, BCs, and HCs.
-Max amount of zones your task force can go in is now 3, this is due to exploits with teleporting navies, and it's more realistic.
-Reworked all admiral traits, merged many traits that gave similar traits to avoid clutter, and gave new bonuses to most of them, aswell as improving photos.
-Added custom admirals with 4-7 traits for Germany,UK,USA,Japan,Italy,France,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Bulgaria,Romania,Soviets, and Spain.

Other:
-Motorized rocket artillery costs more, and stats were reduced slightly.
-Soviet motorized designer now gives production cost bonus for motorized rocket artillery.
