Unit/Equipment changes:
-Each infantry equipment has received +1 breakthrough.
-Hardness bonus to motorized that you get from researching mechanized was moved to motorized at the start instead.

Combat changes:
-Base supply from infrastructure was increased by 20% from 2.0 to 2.4.
-Base reinforcement rate and initiative effect was slightly increased.

Terrain changes: (These make for more realistic/grindy combat, similar to urban change)
-Jungle terrain now has -5% defense in combat.
-Mountains now have -10% defense in combat.

Doctrine changes:
-Removed all armor bonuses and added them instead to "armor & armor variants", which reduces clutter in land doctrine screen, and buffs spgs/tds slightly.
-Added armored cars to "armor & armor variants" tech group, to reduce clutter in land doctrine screen. (the bonus to both were almost identical across all doctrines, idk why paradox is lazy)
-Deep battle was improved, and gets +1 tank org and +5% line arty breakthrough on continous offensive.

Commonwealth changes:
-All commonwealth nations start with UK tank designers now.

Raj changes:
-Added new decision category with 3 new decisions, one of which includes Gurkha divisions.
-Now starts with full infantry divisions like other commonwealth.
-Now starts with signal and logistics tech like other commonwealth.

SAF changes:
-Added new decision category with 2 new decisions.
-Added a very minor amount of oil to SW Africa.

Australia changes:
-Starts with a motorized infantry division.
-Added 10 more steel to New South Wales.

NZL changes:
-Starts with a motorized infantry division.
-NZLEF is no longer a useless idea.

UK changes:
-Husky decision now lasts for 60 days, and is available one month earlier.
-Reduced a considerable amount of focuses to 35 days.
-Mechanized and tank bonuses are 150% now instead of 100%.
-Chiefs of staff focus and idea was improved.
-A/S and anti submarine warfare naval focuses were merged together.
-Added new 4 airfields to Kenya, South Sudan, Tanganyika, and Aswan.
-Added Alan Brooke as armor expert high command.
-Annexing the RAJ if there is no player now gives you compliance.

USA changes:
-Added George S. Patton as armor expert high command.

China changes:
-Guerrilla warfare idea now gives some recovery rate.
-Whampoa military academy now gives some bonuses.
-Army corruption ideas effect were reduced in half.
-Removed ability for China to trade with Soviets like other allied nations.
-8 focuses were reduced to 35 days or lower.

Soviet changes:
-Starting light tank stockpile was increased.
-Added new decision for the Persian corridor, which transfers 2000 old fighters from USA via land IF they produce them and have the stockpile.

QOL changes:
-Added 7 more strait crossings that were "missing" in Pacific island chains.
-All starting naval production now starts already in que for 10 lines of production.
-All starting naval variants for every country were manually changed to fit the new module requirements. I took the time to manually research each variant, aswell as remove unnecessary ones that clutter your screen, such as minesweeper variants/single built and replaces them with standard ones.

Naval Overhaul:
-Almost all naval modules are now required to build a ship.
-Anti air modules are removed from top slots(with some exceptions you can have 1 depending on ship), no more meme AA heavies. AA is now added to the base on the ship, and in required AA slot.
-All ships require atleast 1-2 other modules on their top row other then their meta, (pure heavy guns, pure torpedoes, pure light guns ect) this creates much more realistic navies.
-Removed Japanese torpedo cruisers, they are completely and utterly broken.
-All surface ships spotting was increased by 50%, this should fix weird situations where you don't spot each other, and the need to build dedicated spotting ships(pure float planes).
-Destroyers were changed, they now have significantly more HP, however cost 60% more. (Smaller difference between light cruisers)
-Submarines were nerfed, they now are twice as expensive(Slightly more effective), and the starting subs of all countries starting fleet has been reduced. (This is for numerous reasons)
-Aircraft launcher modules were improved, and now increase ship speed by 1%, and give 2% light and hard attack.
-Early Ship radar modules were improved in spotting capability.
-Fixed and added missing interface module slots for Panzershiff.

Other changes:
-Spanish units now have DLC graphics.
-Fixed localisation of light_artillery_equipment missing from base game.
-Cleaned up Poland and a few other minors country history files.
-Added new airfields in Korea/Manchuria.
-Added a small amount of chromium in southern Germany and northern Italy.

Collie Update changes:
-Fixed naval heavy shell being wrong year.
-Raj starts with great war tank unlocked.

Other changes:
-Slightly decreased veterency gain for land units. (It was a little to high)

Cancer removal:
-Special forces exploit has now been removed(Scaling based off total battalions). All countries now start with 7 14/4s special forces cap(98 battalions), which can be only increased by +5(70 battalions) from SF research tree.
Majors receive bonuses to more special forces as a result, +15 for Japan/USA/Germany/Russia, +10 for Italy/UK, +5 for France. (UK/USA/JAP get +20% from ideas aswell)

QOL changes:
-Due to removal of SF exploits, max divisions being able to be recruited at one time has been doubled.
-Due to removal of SF exploits, naval invasion time per division has been reduced at the start by 5 days.

Doctrine changes:
-GBP (single tech) planning bonus was reduced from 25% to 20%.

Germany changes:
-Increased size of some western German airfields.
-Added 1x 100% bonus for Artillery in army innovations.
-Added 1x 100% bonus for mechanized 1 to army innovations 2.
-Added 3x 100% naval doctrine to their naval focuses. (They had none previously?)
-Added new idea after Danzig or war, operation weserubung preparations, which lowers naval invasion time to help prepare Norway.

Soviet changes:
-Soviet Great patriotic war now gives increased military factory production speed, +20%.
-Bonus and reduction for 5 year plan civilian/military factories has been increased from -15%/+5% to -25%/+7.5%.

Romania changes:
-Fixed motorized ideas and missing requirements.
-Improved preserve greater romania, flexible foreign policy, and army war college ideas to be actually useful.
-Added 1 more general, infantry expert trait. (temp until rework entire trait for countries)

Bulgaria changes:
-Improved starting generals (temporary before i rework every countries together)
-Improved current focus tree, adding both dlc and new focuses, with numerous new national ideas & bonuses.
-Added localization to all Bulgarian focuses.
-Added in DLC generals, designers, high command, and all other relevant advisors.
-Now starts with light tank 1 researched.

Performance:
-Removed starting navy, navy tech, and variants, aswell as cleaned up country history for denmark,norway,greece,portgual,yugo.

Fixes:
-Fixed Australian state having wrong province.
-Fixed some minor localization.
-Fixed commonwealth motorized template being 38width to 40width.

-Removed tech stealing from the game, and "upgrade blueprint stealing" now gives 2% research speed bonus instead. (I nerfed it before, but it's to exploitable)
-Fixed Dutch East Indies situation, the UK now has a decision to occupy their territory after they capitulate. (Annex)
-Fixed the first land, naval, and air doctrines being able to be researched with a research bonus.
-Increased tank org in superior firepower by +3 org in either side.
-Increased tank org in left side GBP by +2.
-Dispersed support now has +10% arty breakthrough for superior firepower.
-Fixed numerous minor countries from being able to rush fighter 3s.
-Romania now starts with 3 more civilian factories, this is due to North Transylvannia going to hungary.
-Motorized/Motorized Infantry was further improved, with 20% less fuel consumption, and increased defense & breakthrough.
-Motorized Infantrys supply consumption was reduced from 0.11 to 0.09, and Mechanzed Infantrys was reduced from 0.18 to 0.16.

-Added an entire new decision category for Italy, which includes 6 new decisions, and 4 new ideas.
-Added an entire new decision category for Canada, which includes 3 new decisions, and 2 new ideas.
-Added an entire new decision category for Australia, which includes 3 new decisions.
-Added an entire new decision category for New Zealand, which includes 2 new decisions, and 1 new idea.
-Re added Desert & Jungle Special forces, however they are not researchable, and only possible via special decisions for historical countries.
-Added a missing idea to Italy in the starting 1936 bookmark.
-Removed 2 minor errors. (PFU now has 0 errors at game launch)
-Updated mod version to current game version.

-Fixed the crashing issue that made me stop development for 5+ months (hopefully).
-Reduced mechanized defense slightly, and increased its breakthrough instead.
-Mongolia & Sinkiang start as vassals for Soviets.
