3.1: I've updated the obtaining methods to no longer require buying the ring from a merchant for huge amounts of gold. Also added a map marker called "Last Teleport Location" to the Skyrim world map.
This does break continuity with the 3.0 version as the old past teleport locations will no longer be linked to the ring.amounts of gold. Also added a map marker called "Last Teleport Location" to the Skyrim world map.

Update 3.0: I've reworked the Travel Ring script to include the main towns in Skyrim and the Standing stones locations.

So long as you follow the steps shown below, the update will not erase your past teleport locations.

To get this update working if you already have the ring, you must remove and then add the ring using the console. First type help "teleport ring" with the quotes and then using the eight character hex number type player.removeitem xxxxxxxx 1 and player.additem xxxxxxxx 1. This sould give you the ring with the correct scripts attached.

2.1: The only major update is that I've made the Teleport Key book you buy into a Teleport Ring book. Thus the ring is given to you directly without needing to mess about with a chest. "

2.0: I worked out the problem with the teleport plate. It was an item, therefore once you've left the area it was in after "dropping it" it will get removed from memory. Just like looted NPC's bodies and weapons get removed. Thus, I've completely reworked the effect of the ring and combined everything into the Teleport to City ring. The ring will now let you teleport to any of the nine towns and cities, so long as you've "found" them (new to this update), and it will record the last two places you've teleported from. This should stay remembered between loads and games. i.e. you can quite and return to the game and the memory will not have been wiped.

1.2: I've updated the teleport plate to move itself to the players current position if an NPC tries to pick it up. The plate will now also "float" a few feet off the ground when you set it down. I did this because at some random time the Teleport to Mark ring will stop being able to find the plate. I think it is due to NPC's picking up the plate, or the plate being deleted because of inactivity. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Also, I've removed the chest behind Breezehome, and placed it on a table by Farengar in Dragonsreach. It will only appear once you buy the "Teleport Key" book and have conjured the Chest's key. I made it expensive to buy from Farengar to try and make it a bit more lore friendly.

1.1: I've added a feature to the teleport city ring. If you don't have the Teleport Plate in your inventory you have the option to move it to your current location, or leave it at its current location. I kept dropping it somewhere and forgetting to pick it up again, and then when I wanted to mark a place I couldn't. However, for people who have already used this mod the script doesn't seem to want to update (Creation Kit has this problem with all my mods). I've managed to get it working again, but to do so you need to remove and then add the ring through the console. You must remove the ring first, and then re-add it through the console.
