CTW update.

After considering some of the complaints about the CtW, I have decided to go ahead and sort out the issue by adding files determining the barbarian factions. This decision was taken in light of the last complaint about problems regarding barbarian factions; I took time off to consider the issue and have issued a remedy.

Other mods - most notably Kings & Conquerors - will be next.

CTW update journal, continued.

Looking through the old. bhs files, found a file called "ctw_lib.bhs". This is very likely what is required to fix the issue with barbarians - and looking through the code it indeed is so. We can choose to either disable the code, or otherwise, write in our own.

Ran into the first snag for this mod's campaign.

Turns out that programming units for barbarian AI is harder than expected:

-.bhs suggests that the game does not notice Tribe name even though it is very likely that it does. The only way this can be figured out is if we run a test, but who shall do that for us?

A whole slew of updates to balance.x has been done, as part of Project Yesugei.

Icons fixed for this mod:

- Flemings: has new icon transferred over from Project Yesügei/Ubba
- Roundship: new icon, because of clashes on Wiki: page for Longship had two.
- Bedouin Retinue: new icon.

AS PART OF A REFURBISHING EXERCISE in conjunction with Project Yesugei:

- Crossbow cavalry now have revamped attack animations.
- A new crossbow skin has been added for European crossbow cavalry.

This was done, after discovering that a new model created for Project Yesugei did not function as expected using old legacy anims made with MAX.
