- Fixed tooltips values
- Tweaked UI to show more information and better layout
- Fixed some localization text.

- Added options to remove a continent bonus from the randomizer pool when starting a new game.
- Added tooltips to tell you what those continents are. (Known issues: values are not loaded because they are not template specific.)
