What you could do, (and what I would suggest for the mod author come Warhammer 2) is give one lore permanently, and then have the other lores switchable too using this item mechanism. For instance a Slann could have all of High Magic then any one of the eight colour lores and that would display properly. Doing anything more seems a very complex logic to me.
Probably the reason for that is that they in fact dont give you any)

I think it should work just fine
Take Malagor. You take a spell skill and get 4 spells, one for each lore, lets say devolve, flock of doom, aspect of dreadknight and enfeebling foe
But to get access to them in battle you must have in inventory an arcane item with an appropriate wind. It allows you to use spells of this particular lore in battle
