Just getting back into this game after a long time away. Does this mod still work? Thx.

I made a test (to try and answer my own question), changed the lines in the beginning to:
-- turn number to force the Chaos Invasion to trigger if the player has not hit the required imperium level. Also works for autoruns where there is no player
ci_mid_game_turn_timeout = 5;
ci_late_game_turn_timeout = 7;

And nothing happens. I tested until turn 10 on:
1 savegame on turn 3 that I had before using any mods
1 completely new campaign.

And in neither test happened anything related to chaos (I used empire for the test just staying in the capital).

How do I know if it is running correctly?

Is this mod save game compatible or are the values hardcoded in the beginning of the campaign thus require the start of a new campaign?

@OneWintersDay, there is a script that only describe the chao invasion event. Its name is straightforward so that you can easily find it out by scanning all the files' names

I meant that the "vanilla/regular" chaos invasion event kicks in even if Norsca is controlled by the player, so that around turn 25 you get the initial "rise of chaos" event.

Basically, what I mean is that the invasion ignores the Norsca favour/raze procedure and starts early, regardless of what favour level has the player achieved.
