I don't actually know how to create a parallax. I just know how to repurpose existing ones
I've tried, actually. Problem is, it doesn't have any buffer art below the "horizon". If you are on a planet that has low valleys, you'll see floating buildings. It was made specifically with a flat plane in mind, so it's incompatible, visually, with how terrain works on generated planets.
What you see is the only version available in the vanilla files.

Does CityBound include a terraformer now? Last I checked it just adds city planets to systems.
I'll look into that. If I remember correctly, there may be an existing biome file I can work off of.

With enough Lua work, I think that would be very possible. Sadly that's outside of my skillset ;_;
