I dont know about the other spells, but artillary plant is pretty overpowered. I'm thinking AP cost of alot of these spells should be increased. Great mod though thank you

The multisource skills are pretty OP with this mod. Feels like they'd be a bit more balanced if they cost 6AP. It's lore friendly too, massive spell takes over a turn to cast without source.

At least the necro, earth (If you don't have undead), ice, fire and ranger skills. Warfare are decently balanced as they are, haven't tried rogue's ultimate. Lightning and summoner are somewhat "balanced" considering they're rather lackluster.

@Dr. Valisk I only quickly glanced at the mod page, but more than likely it's Fast Casting Mages.

@Xaelyn Yeah I usually will double check the files manually just to make sure, but sometimes things still get messed up. I literally fought with the thing for around 4 hours for another mod to make a simple change to AP cost and it would just not work. I could change the AP cost of a skill to anything but 1 and it would work fine, but whenever I specified 1 it would be 2 AP. Nearly lost my mind. @_@

@Liyalai: Oh boy, I've got quite a few. Lots of trial and error trying to get them to work with each other. Right now, I've got these mods in this load order:

- Penetrating Debuffs
- Tougher Bosses
- More Monsters Spawns
- Controls are Back!
- No Psychic Enemies
- [This mod]
- Fast Run Speed
- Crafting Overhaul
- No Items Added to Hotbar
- Fast Casting Mages
- Skilled Up
- Source Restore Skill
- Improved Flying

I'm still playing around with what works and what doesn't, but that's what I've got loaded into the game at the moment.

I had the same problem at first and wondered why half the stuff I was doing wasn't making it into the game.

@Liyalai I suspect the problem is that you arent exporting the changes. The changes you make in the stat tables are saved in files that can be read by the editor but not the game, you need to export them to create the files read by the game. I believe the save button will save and export them by default, but if you merely click x to close and click yes when it asks if you want to save it will save the changes but not export them.

Is there a reason why some source skills lack source but others don't? For instance, Blood Storm, Grasp of the Starved, Totems of the Necromancer, and Meteor Shower don't require source, but skills like Thunderstorm. Closed Circuit, Chain Lightning, Epidemic of Fire, and Pryoclastic Eruption do. If it's part of the balance, that's fine, I'm just curious. I thought the mod was broken at first.

I feel like 4 AP for mortal blow Is too much, because it kinda does the same dmg from invis as Daggers drawn, and also requires 3 memoslots. Maybe 3 AP would be better ? ;)
But overall great mod, it's a lot more fun to play with all the source spells being available.

@Cameron Hall This editor hates me @_@, okay I just pushed another update (might take steam a second to recognize it). I tested all three in the editor and it showed no source cost now, so I believe it should be fixed.

Daggers Drawn/Mortal Blow still use source, but now Fan of Knives has returned to using Source, lmao. The rest of the stuff is working totally fine, though (at least, from the spells I've been using until now)

OMG, i was so sick and tired of never using cool and flashy source skills, cus i would have to go back to source fountain and stand there, recharging 12 source points, that i was gonna try to learn how to mod and make this mod myself! Thanks, man, really appreciate it!

@Xaelyn I like to give people options, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1148700183 heres a mod that removes the source cost from those abilities and changes the AP Cost and Cooldown. Theres also an option that just removes the cost of source with no other changes.

@Keven That would be possible, I might create a mod for it later today.

Awesome, I was considering making such a mod myself before I saw yours.
A must have for hoarders like me that refuse to ever make use of finite resources in games and always reach the end with thousands of potions and such.

8AP Max shouldn't have any compatibility issues. For Fast Casting Mage Mod if you load my mod first, it should be fine, but you won't get the cooldown reduction from Fast Casting Mage for your source skills.
