@Lavie Yup it is! The Engine tools aren’t officially released yet however, so we’ll have to wait a short while to see DE mods being published.

@Sombrero The new editor is coming out soon. Was supposed to launch tomorrow but it may or may not be. I've been fortunate enough to have tested some of the new tools, and converting is very straight forward and shouldn't take to long to do. Sit tight - it'll be here soon :)

Odinblade do you know how converting mods to the DE works ? I can't find a way to convert mine and I'm pretty upset. Nothing is going as they said it would with this DE. It was supposed to be a different client and the engine was supposed to get a new client as well and so far nothing. I'm really confused.

Damn, that really sucks.. I have a feeling, that much like Skyrim modding when they released special edition, will have lots of mods that I personally enjoy, that wont be ported over.. Oh well

@King Kazu Manually downloaded I'm afraid. Mods built in either the Classic and DE engine will have their own (and seperate) tags on the Workshop to help differentiate between versions.

So, when you update this mod for definitive edition, will you make a second mod page for it? Or will you update it so it supports both mods? (Basically, what Im asking, can I just wait until you update the mod, and it'll automatically be added to definitive edition, or will I have to manually download the mod again?)

@neeji78 Hey there! I'd HIGHLY recommend visiting this Larian wiki page [docs.larian.game]. It details the process quite well.

The new version of the Divinity Engine comes out on Friday - I'd recommend waiting until then so as not to have to convert any work you've done over. Hope this helps!

@DragonStorm Hey there! Pleased to hear you've been enjoying this overhaul. I've completed an overhaul for Hydrosophist, and it will be released alongside the Definitive Edition of the game (2 days to go!). I'll probably end up creating an overhaul for most if not all of the skill schools in this game (eventually hehe). Thanks! :steamhappy:

Sweet. I just started playing with this i found that i really enjoy flamebade, its a very powerful class already in act 1 so looking foward to the release of the other elemental tree mods! do you have any other class mods you have in thoughts? i like the way this one is done but the other ones such as void knight and those that give you all the spells and dont have the intergration this does less appealing and would love if you started doing more classes like this one.

It looks really amazing but I am that kind of guy who doesn't like not having harmony in game. By that I mean I would want all base schools of skills to get new spells and not just Pyromancy. But impressive work for sure!

I would actually love a spectral Ranger class, Talion from Middle Earth series, basically letting you warp around, using a bow, assassin styled combat, super squishy etc. That would be epic

@Odinblade just found out the mod isn't compatible with fast casting mage mods because of the overwrite that both do to base pyro spells. you should put a notice about that somewhere

Hey @Odinblade, loved that you buffed the class a bit! Feels more meaningful on Tactician now, thank god. I was wondering if you'd maybe consider implementing a reduced cooldown plugin as well? I use Less Fast Casting Mages, Monster Madness, and Increased Monster Spawns, but unfortunately this mod overrides the Less Fast Casting Mages mod which HURTS because those lower cooldowns are essential for dealing with the increased enemy spawns.

An optional lowered cooldown plugin would be fantastic.

The game crashes when hovering over the fire skillbook dropped by the queen fireslug i think it may be supernova causing not sure as i cant se it bu the supernova bought from the vendor does not have the changes described in the skill change logs hope this helps :)
