I really like the attention to detail here - making cloudbank a cybermedical experiment is a really cool way of tying the two games together, while also sneakily avoiding plot holes. A good mod just for that alone

@Tikotitok: I mean, it's never spelled out, but with names like Cloudbank (cough cough THE CLOUD) it's strongly implied. So I think it's either literally a virtual reality or at least heavily symbolic of one

I can't believe I didn't realize Transistor takes place inside a virtual reality before I saw this. It's so damn obvious in hindsight!

@Deserter17 My mistake. There used to be separate options for that, but they were removed to streamline the mod a little on the assumption that if people don't want the agent, they'll just disable the mod (since the mod has no other features apart from the agent). She appears in Detention Centers by default if the mod is enabled, though.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but where in the generation options is it? In the generation settings for the Transistor - Red section, the only toggle-able boxes are for spawn functions when KO and Permadeath Randomization.

Is Red able to be rescued from detention centers or is choosing her as a starting agent the only way to get her?

Attention: We've updated the mod to add Agent 47's algorithm as well as completely redesigned Derek and Xu's algorithms! Please refer to the update notes and be sure to finish any ongoing missions before updating the mod.

Thanks for letting us know. I think I've recreated the issue, although generally it's best to submit a log (found in My Documents/Klei/Invisible Inc/logs, and overwritten at each launch, so you should back it up after you exit the game where you encountered a bug). It looks to be a compatibility issue with Age of Lever, assuming you have that mod. Did the guard perchance get "stuck" while moving earlier?
We'll get it fixed, stay tuned. Either on wodzu's end (who made Age of Lever) or ours or both.

I think this mod caused a bug that made the enemy turn never ended or started. It was after gaining control of a guard using Myst's ability.

I have a lot of mod's so maybe it wasn't this.

Much as I love the mod, it can be terribly irritating at times. Particularly when you want an agent to interact with an adjacent device but accidentally tele-stab them instead. This is why I would like to ask if you could ask a confirmation for Red's remote agent stabbing ability.

Version 3.0 Update
We have added five new custom algorithms to the mod for Carmen Sandiego (Carmen mod) and Ghuff, Mist, Dr. Pedler and N-Umi (Agents Mod Combo). You can check out the algorithms in the guide, or discover them for yourself! Mist has an additional algorithm that's only available with Permadeath - read the Permadeath Synergy Guide on how to make that happen. We also fixed several bugs and an anim issue.

Not much is known about her past, save that when a massive Plastech cyberconsciousness experiment collapsed into shambles, Red was the only subject to escape unscathed...

I again deleted mod folder. Refreshed mods. modinfo.txt says 2.5. But it still bugged.

I deleted mod folder. Refreshed mods. Enable only Contingency Plan, Red and Sim Constructor.

Yes i had sim constructor, along with some other mods. Tried it again today and i still couldn't start my game unless i delete the red mod folder

@Revya, do you have Sim Constructor installed? It's required for this mod (and many other II mods).
If you're not subscribed to it, do the following: Delete the contents of the mod folder, subscribe to Sim Constructor, start your game (will launch with no issue with the mod folder empty), refresh mods. Then you should be able to run this mod with no problem.

Passing by to say: this mod is very fun and original! I was experimenting mod shenanigans and I highly recommend pairing this up with Agents Cohesion Tweaks mod, specifically their Shalem archive. With his new custom Medi-lance (which gives either armor piercing or Med Gel), you may feel free to purposefully KO an agent when you need to, "without risks" and not needing to stock up on med gels.

@The Admiral, yes, we wanted to do something like a "generic" algorithm that triggers in the absence of an agent-specific one. (Having it pick a random algorithm wouldn't quite fit with the lore of the original game.) It may be included in a future update.

@crispycthulhu It's not about KOing them on purpose, much like old lady Central and the Mercenary program it's about turning the enemies tools against them, and shifting the balance of the game to turn a mistake that would be a massive problem into an opportunity.

This is a very interesting agent that adds a weird playstyle.Struggling to see why you would knock out your agents on purpose though. If anyone has suggestions on how to optimally play her that would be really cool. Looking forward in starting a new playthrough with her.
