I've just updated this ship with the Warfare 2 weapons, including replacing the gravity gun with a railgun. I've removed the old missile scripts and now use LAMP and WHAM, and the missiles from the 'Bandit's missile rack. I also found and fixed that the lower laser antenna had a permanent connection to the dropship, and was drawing insane amounts of power.

There are no doubt still remaining issues with the ship, but I've fixed the major ones.

Awesome Ship, just one problem i have. the reload button on the missile rack doesn't work. If you could fix that it would be perfect

Hey, ive been using this ship for awhile and love it. there is only one issue and thats with the missile racks.

when i fired all the missiles and wanted to reload i noticed the button that says to toggle the reload projector. when i click it nothing happens, the projector turns on but it doesnt have a blueprint.


it would be awesome if you fixed this issue because it would be more useable.

also it takes forever to print in survival lol.

Yes, the reason for having a sorter system at all is to prevent the gravity gun from draining components from the rest of the ship when reloading. The old system prevented you from drawing components to the hangar though, so I made a two-way system that stops the flow of components during the gun's reload cycle, and opens it again.

The change I made to the 'Ghost' was also made to its blueprint on 15 march, according to its change log.

I'm glad that the ship look interesting to you! All my ships are modless and can be made in survival, though I admit that they are not necessarily easy nor cheap to build. I know that bodyboarder2528 has worked on it for a few days now, and I'm sure he can answer most questions as I see that he already has.

Regarding the use of the smallcraft, I'll consider writing simple pilot's guides. The main thing about the 'Ghost' is that most of the ship's thruster power is pointed downwards, which means that you should point its underside in the direction of travel when you want to slow down, or turn sharply. Not unlike a helicopter. Use the artifical horizon panel to see which direction you're travelling in, and point the underside in that direction to quickly slow down, before leveling out again.

im really impressed... i was looking for such a cool ship for my survival on going world... it sures costs a lot, but I think i can manage with insumes and nanite factories building...

i am though worried about some things... ill keep on testing...

but please let me know if this is survival ready, and no mods as it sure seems like none...

You have a lot of great ideas on these ships. Each one i've taken a look at has tons of features I wasnt sure would work properly. After testing i'm super impressed! Love to know how you got the recon drone and escape pods working!

Let's see.. The run command is "REFRESH". If you can't use the 'Ghost's connector even after assembling it correctly, I do not know why. The hydrogen thruster has a total of five connection points, it uses one of the other four.

When using the hydrogen thrusters, the hydrogen of all tanks are used. When turning on the H2/O2 generators, all tanks fill up. In other words they are working fine, unless you mean something else when you say they are not "set up".

Why the 'Ghost' is receiving damage I have no idea, I have not encountered that problem myself.+

Unfortunately no, they are made of small grid blocks, and their merge blocks are not compatible with those of the large grid ship.

ok thanks so much and i also had a a issue where the ship got changed to a station not your fault but the guided missiles didnt change to ship when i changed the inferno to ship and they blew up would it be better to mount them with merging blocks then connectors?

First run argument is "forward" (to calculate orbital path from current position), and the next is "toggleAutopilot".

I just checked myself, and everything is as it should be and working fine on my end. That means the problem lies in your version of the ship. To me it looks like you are having trouble with groups, specifically the "Inferno - Air Vents", "Inferno - Propulsion", "Inferno - Cargo Containers", "Inferno - Solar Power" and "Inferno - O2/H2 Generators" groups.

If you are building the ship from scratch in survival, it is common in the game that a blueprint's groups become scrambled. Paste this ship in creative, note what the different groups should contain, and make sure that your survival version's groups are identical. To troubleshoot which groups you must check, press "custom data" on the text panels, and see what group the code is collecting information from. For example, your "no oxygen blocks found" error on the bridge means that the group "Inferno - Air Vents" on your ship does not contain vents.

The gravity gun uses a sorter which is off by default, to prevent it from using components from the other parts of the ship than the specific gravity gun "ammunition" containers. Turn the sorter on, and you will be able to pull components from any part of the ship, including the hangar.

I don't see any relevant updates to the LCD 2 script since I updated it last on march 9, so if there are errors in the power readings I'll wait until MMaster fixes it. I won't add yet another script in this ship, so you will have to do that yourself if you want to use it.

my other issue is the connector for the ghost because it is hooked into the gravity gun it wont pull the ammo for the guns on the ghost
