Yeah, that's kinda hard to figure out. By right the devs should be doing that. Even the helicopters don't have spotlights.

WiC type thing for Call to Arms, paradrop vehicles, airstrike, naplam, nuke etc.

If the answer is yes: It would mean there's an error about the localization folder -- either it's a directory problem on the map side (referral error) or the absence of content in the folder (localization file fragmentation). As for any other reason, I would not know, as I'm pretty new to how CTA deals with text browsers. All I know that localization is the source file for text for a map and that's about it.
